We ordered this chair for our dad. It is a great quality and he loves it! Very comfortable and offers the assist he needs. We did have an issue with the motor, which after doing some research was a problem with the motor manufacturer—not the chair manufacturer. Even considering that, this Amazon seller refunded us the price of the motor replacement (they didn’t have to… couldn’t have just ignored us bc we weren’t going to ship the chair back). All that to say, this is a really nice chair and a GREAT value for the price we paid. I think our issue isn’t a common thing. We recommend this chair and this Amazon store. :) ... show more

This chair has been great for my wife, who has some mobility issues. It's very comfortable and the massage and heat functions are a big bonus. It was easy to assemble, and everything worked as described. Too soon to tell about its long-term durability, but it seems to be built well.

I purchased for my daughter-in-law's house. I need a lift chair, but all her furniture is very low. I'm there a lot to keep my grandoggos while they are on a trip, so finally bought a lift recliner. My 10 year old granddaughter assembled it, including all the electrical; she & her older sister love it. Size isn't too imposing and by all reports the heat and massage feel great. My d-n-l's dad also needs the "get up boost" so he'll benefit, too. I'll get to use it for the first time today and I'm looking forward to it! Beware, my husband is 5'9" it read accommodate to 6". His legs are longer than the foot rest by a foot and his head is about 6" past the headrest. The chair itself if beautiful, and was very easy to assemble. The "specs" on the chair are off. Love the chair, but it is too small for my husband.

Bought in July and by October these recliners were lopsided with the springs loosing all tension on one side and feeling the seat spring poking on other side. Contacted seller without response. Save your money. It should be noted all three of the household adults are in the appropriate weight range for height. ... show more
