This lift chair arrived early, and all the parts were well-packed and clearly labeled, which made assembly a breeze. I had a question before starting and reached out to customer service—they responded quickly and were really helpful. The instructions were clear, and putting it together went smoothly with no issues. After using it for a while, I really like the massage and heating functions. They're perfect for relaxing in the evening, and the control panel is simple to use with easy setting adjustments. I did a lot of research before buying, and while I read mixed reviews, I'm really happy I went with this model. I needed a reliable recliner after a series of medical procedures, and it has met every single need I had. The size is just right for me—plenty of room without feeling oversized. That said, be aware that it does sit farther from the wall than some other chairs I looked at, so you'll want to leave a little extra clearance. I don't use the massage function as often as I expected, but the lumbar heat? I use that way more than I thought I would—it's been a lifesaver. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and while the recline mechanism is a bit slow, it's incredibly smooth and does the job perfectly. What really impressed me is the stability. Even with the lift function fully extended and the chair in its most upright position, this lift chair feels completely solid and secure. No wobble, no worry. All in all, it's been a great investment for my recovery and daily comfort.

⭐ 1/5 — DO NOT BUY. DEFECTIVE, POSSIBLY PREVIOUSLY RETURNED, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This recliner has been an absolute nightmare. It arrived defective and completely unusable. The brackets that are supposed to allow the chair to be assembled appear to have been installed or locked into the wrong position before the chair even arrived, making it impossible to properly attach the pieces. This isn’t a minor assembly issue — the hardware itself arrived in a condition that prevents the chair from being assembled normally. Honestly, based on the condition it arrived in, I strongly suspect this may have been a previously returned item that was sent back out without being properly inspected or fixed. I obviously can’t prove that, but I cannot understand how a supposedly new recliner could leave the warehouse like this. I’ve spent HOURS troubleshooting something that should never have been my problem in the first place. Customer service has made the situation even worse. They will not respond or provide meaningful assistance. I requested a refund for the defective chair, and they will apparently only refund me once they receive it back — while expecting ME to pay the return shipping for this enormous, extremely heavy recliner. That is ridiculous. Why should I have to spend a huge amount of money shipping a piece of furniture back because THEY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT? I specifically bought this recliner because I needed it for recovery after surgery. Instead of having a functional chair ready for my recovery, I’ve spent the days before surgery fighting with defective hardware, trying to figure out how to undo something that appears to have been incorrectly installed before it ever reached me, and attempting to get help from customer service that won’t respond. The chair is unusable. The quality control is unacceptable. The customer service is terrible. And expecting a customer to pay return freight for a defective product is outrageous. Save yourself the stress, money, and aggravation. Buy your recliner from another company. I’ve attached the photos - they came with the side rails attached - impossible to yank out. I thought maybe I could make it work but it’s not even attached facing the right direction! AWFUL!

Not the larger chair I thought I ordered. But will do. Massage NOT, just vibration. Heat works nice. Assembled by me bad back. and knees is about an hour. Lift works good, and slowly. Really helps me alot. Will come in handy after surgery.

We bought this for my 93 year father. He was having trouble getting out of his old recliner. He loves it. The massages. The naps- because it lays all the way down. And press a button to stand up. Was easy to assemble and they added tools you needed to assemble.
