We paid for this chair. We did not get it for free. PROS: Very good customer support via Amazon Seller Messaging! This was such a nice surprise! Thank you Bosmiller! Very good and strong massage with 3 different intensity settings. Very good lumbar heat with timer. Very quiet operation. Soft, durable fabric. Very supportive headrest that can move a little to support you. Easy to use remotes with a) timers and multiple zone selection from massage b) simple up and down reclining c) one button "lift to stand" feature. CONS: Not a lay flat recliner, but goes back far enough to be very comforting. Raises feet to hip level for good circulation support. Not a simple chair to put together! And, NOT a chair you can easily return because you will have to pay return shipping - which in many cases will be MORE than the chair cost. This chair is value oriented so you must expect to make trade-offs. First, the chair is extremely comfortable, however, you must be 5' 10" or shorter. It is NOT MEANT TO HOLD A person over 5' 11" as comfortably as a smaller person. Please do not make that mistake and be sorry. If you are under 5' 10" you should be VERY OK. It will hold up to a 6" person, but not like an oversized chair would. Next. the chair has certain things you can adjust. The main thing is the amount of padding under your tailbone at the rear of the seat cushion of the chair. It comes with alot of padding which some might like, or take out some if you have tailbone sensitivity like me. There is a small zipper inside the base pillow to do that. It is NOT in the directions. Also, this chair does have a USB port/charger, but it is hidden in the remote control. Strange, but true. A less expensive chair that should last a while. Needed a recliner for recovery after shoulder replacement surgery. This chair fit the bill. Not very expensive and decent quality. It is definitely not a high quality piece of furniture and not sure how long it may last in a daily use situation but it was perfect for what I needed for a month or so....and less expensive than renting from a medical supply company. It requires assembly, which is not horrific, but does take some work to stretch the fabric over the arms. The frame is metal and you can feel the frame at the ends of the arms, but not a big deal for my situation. Comfort is pretty decent but not sure how long fabric/padding will hold up. All in all, a pretty decent chair, especially for the price point. Should you need a recliner for temporary use after a surgery or something similar, I would definitely recommend this chair.

The instructions to put chair together were awful. My brother put it together and he's been around furniture for delivery, etc his whole life. He said these were the worst instructions he's ever used. Took him over 3 hrs to put it together. He was sooo mad. The chair itself seems comfortable, so my dad says. It's his. Seems to work fine as far as movement. He doesn't use the vibration or heat so far. I hope it lasts.

Wonderful purchase. Assembly was a little tricky but doable. Can't be in a hurry and it's easier when 2 people assemble it. This chair is comparable to the very expensive ones that you see in the medical supply store. Good quality. Cleans easily. HIGHLY recommend this chair. Elderly, disabled spouse truly enjoys all the features and is very pleased that he no longer needs assistance getting in/out of a chair.

chair is comfortable, easy to put together, unfortunately we thought we had a remote issue, they sent out a new remote, installed new remote, still having the same issue, the up button puts chair down the down button puts chair up, we have retraced the wires 3 times to make sure that we didn't install wrong. (keep in mind this is about the 15th lift chair I have put together for family and friends) So now we are still in communications with amazon/seller on what the next step is. I think testing should be done before the chair ever leaves the warehouse to make sure the chairs are working properly. If I was elderly, this would be a difficult situation to cover come reaching out to get the issue resolved. Amazon has been great helping upload photos etc., amazon's customer service has been top notch, can't say that about the seller. Verdict is still out on what they are willing to do to correct the issue.

We recently purchased the BOSMILLER Power Lift Recliner Chair and are very pleased overall. For the price, you really can’t beat what this chair offers—especially with all the extra features like heat, massage, side pocket, and USB charging. Assembly: One of the best surprises was how easy it was to put together. My wife actually assembled it herself in under 20 minutes! The instructions were clear, and everything fit together smoothly. There was no need for extra tools, just a little patience and following the step-by-step guide. Comfort & Features: The fabric is soft and feels durable. The chair provides excellent support, and the power lift function works well for anyone who needs assistance getting up or sitting down. The massage function is a standout—vibration is strong and very relaxing, especially after a long day. The heat feature is subtle but adds a nice touch of comfort, especially in colder weather. The side pocket is convenient for holding remotes or a book, and the USB port is a lifesaver for charging devices. Value: Given all these features, the price is unbeatable. We compared several models before purchasing, and this one offers the best bang for your buck. Minor Drawback: The only downside is that the base feels a little less stable compared to some higher-end lift chairs we’ve seen.
