Nice looking and comfortable recliner at a great price. Came in 2 boxes, fairly heavy, but easy enough to put together. When I finished putting together I couldn't get the remote for the reclining to work, the other heat & vibration unit worked fine. Emailing seller in China and waiting 24 hrs or so back and forth due to time difference and somewhat of a language barrier was a bit frustrating but the seller always responded. Finally, not wanting to wait any longer to get the thing to recline I took it apart and put back together from square one and it worked. I'm assuming either there was a loose or pinched wire that corrected upon dis/reassembly. Everything has worked great since. Very nice looking and comfortable and the infinite positions are great. Very happy.

Got this for my lash suite and my clients love it! Extra wide so there is plenty of space if you need to put a lash tile down. The massage and heat functions are awesome but the charger port doesn’t work for me. Easy to put together, but it is heavy! Came in two big boxes.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting this to be so nice! Had this about 2 months and it still looks great even though my husband is really hard on recliners! Color matches my real leather sofa perfectly. One of the reasons we purchased this was for the extended footrest and it worked out perfectly. Great price and it was really easy for 2 seniors to put together! Highly recommend!

Comfortable chair. Just what I was looking for. Only issue the instructions do not tell you what to do with the screws and other metal parts. It tells you how to put the back and arms on and connect all cords but falls short of where to attach screws. I figured out they belong on the base because there were holes and I screwed them there. Also they should just say connect blue to blue, white to white, and red to red, instead it says 1 and 2 and the picture only shows 2 but there are clearly 3 colors.

I bought two of these for my best friends who are both having difficulties getting up and down. These have given them freedom to not be trapped until someone can help them. They are so proud of these that they show them off whenever they can. They are well made and heavy so they are secure and that gives peace of mind to all. I wish they had cup holders like some do. A table works just fine though. These are higher quality then most and I am glad that they look so nice as I hope they will use them a long time.
