I bought this for a labret piercing. I had to bend it some (which was a real pain due to the gage of it) to make it fit a little better due to how long the bar is. It's still a bit awkward with how long the bar is though. I wish there was an option for a slightly shorter bar, that would have made it a 5 star. It is pretty and while I did see some reviews saying it is sharp, the only time I can feel the points on the claws is if I put it between my lips and press (and even then it isnt bad), otherwise I can't feel at all what they're talking about. I'll update if my opinion of it changes the longer I wear it, but I'm not sure how long I'll have it in due to the awkward bar length. ... show more

Love this, actually true to size and fits well. The only issue is that the balls are clear instead of the hazy blueish they show. But it doesn't really affect the look that much, the claw part is great, color matches and seems pretty sturdy. Personally I'd make the piercing itself a bit smaller, but as I have pretty average lips, it mainly fits great. ... show more

This earring is gorgeous and I'm absolutely in love with it, be cautious though. If your piercing is new or is you have sensitive ears, it does move a lot and it made my ear a little sore to the point that my hair getting stuck in it hurt. I was so happy when I got in the mail, it definitely looked just as gorgeous as it did online. Unfortunately, the ball would not screw on at all. It would keep twisting but for some reason it never got tight, so if I wasn’t holding it, it would just fall right off, so I never even got to wear it /:
