This came in two heavy boxes, on two different days. My delivery issue with the guy leaving it at the bottom of my front stairs does not impact this review of the chair. If he had left it in my “porch”, I couldn’t have opened my door. He HAD TO leave the boxes at the bottom of the steps. I had to get a family member to drive over and get that first box up my stairs for me. I managed to do the second box on the second day, and I’m a short little grandma. The chair had good packing and decent instructions. It’s very very well-built and very good-looking. It looks like fine furniture and not like one of those ugly gigantic over-stuffed Michelin Man recliners. Not to say that it’s small - I’m a short little grandma but my tall (6’2”) and heavy (260+ lb) family members fit just fine in this comfortable chair. This chair was purchased for my mother, a short round 86 year old woman who can only stand with the help of a lift chair. The motor is whisper quiet and powerful. I have a bad back and I stand all day, unable to sit or bend. Because the back and foot rests operate independently, this is the first chair I’ve been able to sit in, in years!! I can recline the back almost flat like I need it and leave my knees bent, feet on the floor. I didn’t try to go flat, so I can’t speak to that. I used the lift feature to stand up while I was wearing a heavy sleeping baby in a front carrier. That was a nice help!! If I have any complaint about the chair, it’s that the remotes to operate it are a little confusing. The chair uses two remotes on cords of different lengths. I’m not home to look, but I think one is coiled like an old telephone cord and one was a smooth thin cord. The remotes could be improved by making the function pictures more clear and/or wording that’s more clear. I wouldn’t even deduct a star for that. I plan on putting two simple colored dots on the main remote for my Mom with Alzheimer’s to help her know how to raise and lower the chair. The heat and massage remote will just confuse her, so I’ll put it away in the side pocket. The heat was a welcome feature for me and I LOVED the massage function. The buttons didn’t make sense and I didn’t have the book (because of that baby sleeping on me) so I just played with the buttons till it felt the best. Not that I got to use the chair much, because my family members commandeered it ALL THE TIME. This is a fantastic chair and if you’d please NOT tell him, my husband will be getting one of these for himself at our house, because he absolutely took it over and LOVED IT!!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this was an exceptional purchase! I really can’t believe how nice this chair is for the money ($200)! I’m thrilled! To start, I’m 62 & recovering from foot surgery, but I assembled it easily & quickly by myself. It’s by no means a flimsy chair, though & I am a pretty strong.😉 Even the power function was a piece of cake to set up & works with ease. My daughter had my first grandbaby a few months ago, so I knew I wanted a rocker/recliner. This chair also swivels! I love the faux leather & color! And it’s so comfy! There is honestly nothing I don’t like about this chair. I wish I knew about it before my daughter bought her nursery chair because it is much nicer & less money than the standard nursery rocker/recliner she got & would be perfect in a nursery. Plus, it could transition to any other room of the house. Buy it!! You won’t regret it!!

Excellent product. Chair Cushion is firm and very good. Reclining options are unique and can raise legs while sitting upright and don’t need to lean backwards which is very unique in design and is a very useful feature. Very sturdy and easy assembly. The back and the seat aligned perfectly and locked in place very easily. Perfect engineering and design. Worth for the money.

Well built, well finished. Comfortable. Not a big recliner, it fits well in our living room. Chair position and lift controls work well, the chair is comfortable. The vibrating system is pleasant and the timer function turns it off, usually after I doze off. Too bad the original description says it's a recliner chair for 'elderly people'. I might not purchase any item so described.

My 92 yr old dad lives this so much he is ordering one for his house! I didn't get instructions in my box but easy to go together. Panicked at first but eventually the plugs and wires all make sense. It's very pretty chair with lots of functions and a great price honestly. Very firm so feel like quality and not cheap junk. The base is VERY heavy. We used a two wheeler to get up steps and into room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful, comfortable all the bells and whistles work . My mom is loving it and even finds it comfortable enough to nap in. Set up was easy though the seat portion is really heavy but I found a way to get it in the house by myself.

Chair has some major issues. When you assemble it, you need to be very, very careful to align the channels of the arms accurately. Although I double checked it, apparently, I did not have it correct. Once you push it together, there is no way to undo it. So now I have a loose arm only connected with one of the connectors. I contacted the manufacturer for assistance. Sent pictures as they requested. They said to rewatch the assembly video. Too late for that! So another email to them. Answer, turn it over and hit it really hard with a hammer. Another fail. So now we have a wobbly armed chair with no fix. Disappointed. Only solution from them now; returning it. How does that happen when you can’t disassemble the d*mn thing!
