Super comfortable. Color is really close to the picture. The cupholders in storage in the arms are really handy, as well as the big storage pockets. It recline well, but you have to hold the button the entire time to get it to recline and then hold the button the entire time to get it back to the sitting position seems durable a little difficult to put together for one person, but worth it. ... show more

These chairs are very comfortable. I like the feature where the leg rest extends out farther when you lay back. It supports the leg right at the ankle. They feel right and well built. The upholstery looks great and appears long lasting. The only thing that needs to be better is the cup holders. The arms go out too far making it harder to get my water mug in easily. My First large furniture online purchase. Was nervous getting something I would like and enjoy using, that had longterm quality. I bought the tan cream chair. It is very soft fabric. Light texture, will not imprint heavily into the skin. Does imprint, just won't hurt. lol The front arms pull forward as cup holders. If not a full drink cup, then OK to use if using lift and stand feature. I just had to test it out. Haha Does not hold over large cups. But, I do like that these metal cups pull up to clean and keep condensation away from the fabric. I wanted width inside the seating area so I would have room next to my hips. Unfortunately, the very fat arm pads take up more room seat than I would like. My adopted SR kitty cannot snuggle next to me like my last chair. She sleeps on the arms now. Not my ideal, as I would like to use the arms myself. We make it work. The back is very comfy and cushy like the arms. I deliberately buy things that will not push my head forward; and this one does great. Very inline posture. The leg lift is my least favorite. The bar hits at a sore spot on my calf. I place a flat pillow in the green area (shown in my pic). I think a longer, taller person may not find that part uncomfortable.... guessing. This IS an oversized chair, meant for larger/taller people than myself. The seat base knee to spine is a bit too deep for sitting at the proper seat back. ... I scooch back once sitting. Works fine if I ever use the standing lift motor. The seat bar under the thighs at front of the chair is felt already. That cushion area takes the most pressure repeatedly, standing up and sitting down. More firm foam might be better for longterm quality. We shall see. I am liking the chair. I am hoping for longevity and quality over many years of use. ... show more

Chair is comfortable but it squeaks terribly like we’ve owned it 40 years after a few months and the company won’t respond to me reaching out. We’ve tried all the help tips with no resolve. Buy a different brand and save yourself time and money and stres.

I purchased this for my dad and it is extremely comfortable. The heat and massage option is amazing. When my back hurts, I'll sit in it and both the massage and heat relieve my pain. The media could not be loaded. I love this Lazy Boy recliner. It is very plush and comfortable, and the built‑in massage and heat functions work great for relaxing and easing tired muscles. The pieces were easy to assemble, and everything fit together without any issues. The recliner arrived in three separate boxes, and each box was well packed so there were no damages, though they were quite heavy to move.
