Very good general use drill. We needed a fairly good drill for some quick repairs around the house and we had a small budget. This drill came with a good selection of bit. I like the ability to recharge the battery without needing a separate charging base, you just plug the cord into the battery. If you need a good drill that will not bust your budget, then consider this one.

I recently purchased a Deko Pro cordless drill and initially had a great experience with it’s lightweight, easy to handle, and gets the job done for basic home projects. However, after some use, the battery unexpectedly stopped working, which was definitely frustrating. That said, what really stood out to me was the customer service. I reached out to their support team, explained the issue, and they responded quickly and professionally. Without any hassle, they arranged for a replacement battery to be sent out to me almost immediately. It’s rare to find companies that stand behind their products like that, and it made a big difference in how I feel about the purchase overall. While the battery issue wasn’t ideal, the way they handled it showed they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate the support and would still consider buying from them again because of it.

It does the job, easy jobs. I bought it because I missed placed my go to drill, I needed one to complete a project. Arrived on time, it did help complete my project, just not too powerful. You get what you pay for. Its a handy tool, just not as strong as I thought
