However, after some use, the battery unexpectedly stopped working, which was definitely frustrating. That said, what really stood out to me was the customer service. I reached out to their support team, explained the issue, and they responded quickly and professionally. Without any hassle, they arranged for a replacement battery to be sent out to me almost immediately. It’s rare to find companies that stand behind their products like that, and it made a big difference in how I feel about the purchase overall. While the battery issue wasn’t ideal, the way they handled it showed they genuinely care about their customers.
