Cables broke after using for 5 minutes. Directions are incorrect. Missing parts. Warranty is wrong on the page. More to add about seller experience but it's getting denied.

Overall the smith machine is stable and allows for various forms of exercise. it’s easy to assemble and it’s not going anywhere. The bearings on the cable attachments allow for smooth travel.Can't beat it for the price and what you can do with it.Customer service was prompt and efficient by email with one dented item that was sent out promptly and arrived within a few days.！

Definitely was very excited about this machine! Shipping was on time and very well received.This gym fits perfectly.What amazes me is how strong this machine is.I have no regrets by far. No weak part and it’s still as strong and new like when I got it. It can also hold the weight that the seller said it would hold. So many features, it also looks/feels very sturdy. I 100 percent recommend this machine after a little over 2 months of use it’s definitely well worth it !！
