For the price I think is more then Expected has a lot of great necessary parts that are enough for a beginner The metal is not too thick so I wouldn’t putt too much weigh and the hangers for the bar feel a bit weak Overall all is doable and gets the job done

I've had this JELENS power cage for a whiel, and honestly, I'm really impressed. I wanted something sturdy for doing heavier squats and bench presses at home, and this rack does the job perfectly. The pulley system works smooth! What surprised me the most was how quiet it is—my previous setup was a bit noisy, and I workout early, so not waking up the rest of the house is great. It doesn't take much space either, fits nicely into my living room without crowding everything. Also, the attachments that came with it are great, especially the lat pull-down bar and the T-bar, which I've started using regularly. Honestly didn't think I'd use them much, but now they're part of every workout.

I bought the basic version of this power cage. The quality is great and it was easy to assemble. It’s perfect for home workouts, so my family doesn’t need to go to the gym. I’ll be getting a set of weight plates soon to increase the resistance.
