This couch is literally one of the only couches we could find that fit nicely in our living room, and was black faux leather with a modern look. After unboxing today, assembly was pretty easy but I don't think it actually came with instructions. For the most part it was plug and play. The fit and finish is pretty good. There is one spot where the curve piece meets the loveseat where the back of the chairs don't line up very well. Very minor, I know. Overall, really happy with this couch thus far. The recliners both work perfectly and the storage cubby and cup holders and a great feature.     • Really a fantastic sofa
First off, the customer service at Bulkea is fantastic. There is no contact number that I could find, but they respond to emails within 24 hours and are very, very diligent with regards to customer service. I should have looked at the dimensions for this thing first because man, this thing is HUGE. The previous reviewer said it was a little small and I have to wonder if they where reviewing the correct product. This sectional is not small. Build quality is very good, better than what you would expect for the price. Its firm in the right places, the recliners recline easily and very comfortably. I didnt purchase the assembly option by accident but Im kind of glad I didnt. This was so incredibly easy to assemble I did it by myself in about 20 min, maybe less. Nothing to screw or nail, things just click in. My only gripe is that we where missing 1 peice of the sectional which was the back piece behind the cup holders. This is why I deducted 1 star but Bulkea has been Johnny-on-the-spot so far and I expect to receive the missing piece here soon. They are more of just being the broker, so If I could give them 5 stars, and Poundex 4 stars this would be an accurate rating. You really cant go wrong with this, its the best price / quality / design i could find after looking for 2 months. So far, with exception of the missing piece, we are very happy with our purchase and would do so again. ... show more

I just purchased this sectional. This sectional is the best its comforatble....sturdy and easy to put together.....when you sit on it you will fall asleep that's how comfortable it is......Definitely worth the buy!!!!!!

Horrible quality , received damaged. Foundation not assembled and springs broken. No warranty. Repairs and or return at own expense.

This sectional is perfect for a smaller area. It's super easy to assemble. I missed one part that was zipped up in the base for shipping. I contacted the seller and received a very quick response with a picture to show me where it was. Very helpful!

It's hard to assemble with one person because it's heavy. Very good quality sectional sofa with very comfortable seating. The only one thing that disappoints me, is the console placement not being on the right side as the displayed picture, but the console is on the left side of the sofa. It's difficult to returned it, due to heavy weigh and expensive return shipping. So I have to accept the left side console. ... show more
