I bought a Poulan Pro PR180 Snow Blower in early Feb '26. I received it a a few days. It looked sturdy enough, well built and I fired it up and the engine runs strong with electric start. I was a little leery of the rubber on the auger tines that moves the snow. But, I thought well this is a Poulan a well known brand, what could go wrong? Well, I went out in this Noreaster in NJ yesterday and today to blow the snow in intervals. Never more than 7 inches at a time. Well the first pass it worked just fine. Went out for the 2nd pass of 6 to 7 inches, got down the driveway and did the sidewalks in front of the house. One of the rubber pieces connected to the auger disconnected from the metal. I was not blowing heavy snow plow snow that the town piles in front of your driveway. They hadn't even plowed me in yet. This was just regular snow fall, like 7 inches. I am so disappointed. I am now waiting for Novus to get back to me. I paid $500 dollars for this product and bought the maintenance agreement. I suggest that if you want a snow blower, go buy a real one with steel augers and no rubber. This thing is worthless. I do not suggest buying one!!!!!

What a difference maker. We got hit with 12+ inches from storm Fern and this product ate it up. First off the assembly was easy. She started right up on the first pull and it made quick work of this foot of snow.

This is the worst pice of equipment I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. It is not acle to handle anything other than very small amounts of light fluffy snow which I can clear with a broom. Last week we had 1 inch of wet snow, the blades would not even turn. Today's two feet of snow were exponentially beyond this piece of garbage's capability. I will never buy anything from Poulan again. It would probably fail as a paper weight. DON'T BUY this piece of junk!!
