My previous sealer final died and I spent a lot of time researching a replacement and decided on this one. This unit’s performance is outstanding and the fact that I can store the bag roll inside is so convenient as well as the cutter. Love how you lower the lid and it locks in place to give you a tight seal. The size and weight is perfect considering it stores the bags. I love it!

I have struggled to find a cryovac machine/food saver that worked like my original one for years ago. This product works, is simply to use and easy to clean! I freeze almost everything - including things like spaghetti sauce and soup, and this product has checked off all of my boxes and I would recommend it. I have had it for more than a year now and have experienced no problems.

I purchased another one before this one.. Sent that one back! Bought this one! Love it. It works great and the suction is amazing. I have probably sealed over 100 items. I have pre-seasoned steaks and chicken and put them in the freezer and did the same with just normal baggies. The sealed ones are awesome. The normal baggy ones did not farewell and were freezer burned. The bag cutter is great and very sharp. The locking handle is awesome and the size if perfect for storage and use. This has been a great and works so well!!

Good value, even works with wet items if you use the vacuum manually. The bags are thin but work. You can just order additional bags from another company that are higher quality. I'm happy with this.

I have had my Potane Pro Food Sealer for over a year and a half and I still think it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I seal/reseal everything! I am going to give this food sealer to my Mother, MIL and my married children for Christmas. I think they will love it and get as much use out of it as I do. Great product and I definitely recommend this. I don't know about customer service as I've not had a reason to use it. The shipping was quick and the set up was easy as the instruction booklet is very clear.

Works great, no issues! I buy meat in bulk and make my own dog food. No issues even with wet food as long as you select wet or dry setting. Highly recommend
