I tried it briefly, but it did not work for what I wanted to correct in my posture. I am trying to correct my posture due to the hutched back that I am getting between my shoulder blades. The back support does not hold my upper shoulders back where I need to correct my posture. It straightens my lower back, but my shoulders have room to move as you can see by the "y" shape of the upper support. I think a back support with a "T" bar in the upper part of the back support that would lay on the upper back between the shoulder blades is more what I need. I personally don't think this helps people to correct their posture if their issues are in their shoulders and not their back. The quality was really good and strong and was easily adjustable, it just didn't work for what I needed it to do.

I need something that would help with my slouch I've developed over the years sitting and working behind a desk. I've purchased 3 different products and this one looked like it could be the one, but it was the least helpful. Pros: It's great for lower back support. Great quality Easy to use and adjust Cons: Elastic was too stretchy to get proper fitting on shoulders. Shoulder straps not strong enough to keep my shoulders from slouching. Had to stretch the straps fabric beyond what it was intended for the product, just to get it to work properly. When I was able to get my shoulders to adjust properly the elasticity didn't last. This product should have been marketed as a back brace/belly support.

I found myself hunching over alot when I sat or stood for long periods of time, thus causing my back muscles to ache. Therefore, I thought I would try this Posture Corrector in hopes to relieve some stress off of my back muscles. It actually does the trick and finding much needed relief! To be honest, at first I was not use to wearing this corrector so I did find it uncomfortable for the first few days, but now that I am use to it, I find it pretty comfortable. The Posture Corrector also fits pretty well around my back, shoulders and abdomen. It is also durable and light weight. To get use to the Posture Corrector, I would recommend that you only wear it for an hour for the first few days, then increase your time to 2 hours. The Posture Corrector is packaged with detailed instructions on how to put it on and take it off. The instructions also has a "Do's and Don't section, which I highly recommend that you read! Overall, the product is worth the money and I would recommend it to those who find themsevles themselves continually hunched over like myself.

I am not using this to correct my posture per se, but it is working to keep me from having muscle spasms in my upper back. I am so glad that I bought this. I wear it for as many as 7 hours a day. I know the directions say don't do that, but I'm not using it for posture related situation. The muscles in my upper back get so tense from just sitting at a dining room table, it is unbearable. But with this brace, I get support and the muscles don't get overworked. It is worth every penny and then some. I have been dealing with this problem for years. I have gotten injections, physical therapy, Botox injections, massage, muscle relaxers and heavy duty pain meds. You name it. I've tried it. I have spent hundreds of dollars on medical bills , physical therapy and massage trying to correct this problem. It's terrible to get into so much pain just by having lunch with a friend. Now I'm cured with this brace. Thank the Lord. I just hope I don't develop more problems by wearing it for as long as I do. Right now I'm working a job where I'm wearing it for 7 hours at a time. But that's just temporary. I'll start using it for shorter periods of time once this job is finished. But I will still be using it for more than 15 or 25 minutes a day but not every day. Personally, I don't see how that can really help you. The belt really holds me upright and works well on my posture. I am 71 and a little stooped. So it is working well in that regard too. It chafes some against my skin. I will try wearing a lightweight tank top beneath it. Should fix that problem. I bought the black but the pink would work as well. I don't know about washing it. Will hand wash in woolite and drip dry.
