Working from home all day has definitely done a number on my posture. Between sitting at a desk, looking at screens, and forgetting to sit up straight, my shoulders always seem to creep forward. This has been a huge help. What I like most is that it gives a gentle reminder to straighten up instead of feeling overly restrictive.
