SUPPORT A basic compression style belt. Nothing of this aspect about it stands out as unique compared to other belts, not that this is a negative thing. BUILD QUALITY Materials seem typical for a back brace, no remarks here. The stitching did catch my eye, however, as it seems slightly less substantial by comparison to other belts I have. The shoulder strap anchors for example are quite small in area and it has me wondering how they will endure. SHOULDER STRAPS I assumed the crossing shoulder straps would cause the belt to ride up but, surprisingly, this wasn't the case and the belt stayed reasonably in place when I would bend over. The straps themselves can also be removed which is great since I don't need them when I'm in a sitting position.

Got M/L and i am 5’9” 180lbs female. This worked fairly well. Got a bit uncomfortable after five hours of working and all that. Needed to remove and relax but it did help awhile. Wore a tank top then applied this and then another shirt and it was alright. Got a bit warm but honestly it was cold so the added warmth was nice. I could see it being unpleasant with it being warmer. I use this now for gardening and doin housework so smaller periods of time and does real well in that regard.

I recently got this back support brace to help lessen my chronic mid-low back pain as well as the pain of my man's back while he moves a lot of things around in our home for upcoming repairs and I am very happy with it. The brace is well made and true to size. When fully expanded it fits a 6 foot 4 inches tall man well. I double wrapped it around my waist and it provided really great support while reducing some pain too. The only negative is that it does heat you up fast and my shirt got sweaty where the belt was. I like the attached suspenders because they keep everything in place so you don't have to worry about the belt falling off when you move. The velcro closure is very strong too though and may be enough by itself. Compared to other moving support back braces this one is my favorite and superior in quality. It is definitely a keeper!

For me the hardest part of using this support belt was adjusting the suspenders. And they really don't have to be too exact. The suspenders don't contribute to the support the device gives you. They are there to allow you to unstrap the belt and just let it hang when you are not lifting heavy objects and have it ready to re-strap when you need it. So rather than be concerned with adjusting the suspenders I removed the suspenders to see how the belt felt on its own. The belt is well-constructed of a solid material without much stretchability. It felt fine when I put it on, but after a little while of wearing it, my back felt tired. I immediately switched to a belt that I knew I liked, and it felt as good as I remembered. It's probably the stiffness of the Pozapo that made it less comfortable for me. It does not have any stiff metal stays in it. It has four flexible but firm stays and four very flexible stays. Nothing digs into me or tries to hold me stiffly erect. It's also wider than the belt I like and that could affect my back's reaction to it. I want to add that this support belt is exactly the same as the Qcheye support belt, probably made in the same factory and sold to different people who now market it under their own brand. And that's very easy to do, because the belt has no identifiable markings on it as to who makes it or who to ask about it if you need help.

This back brace offers a good amount of support. It is comfortable to wear, and comes with removable suspenders straps. I did find that the suspender straps could become annoying depending on what you are doing as they tend to pull the belt up if the straps are too tight. The belt itself is quite large and supports a large portion of your back. It secures easily with the Velcro straps and you can then tighten even more once it is in place. The support rods in the belt are decent but not incredibly solid, so they do allow for movement without poking through or causing irritation. Overall, this is a nice support belt that can help prevent injury or help manage pain. Would recommend.

I really like it. It has the support I need for my back. I tweaked my back putting a car seat for my baby daughter into a rental van. I had never driven that brand so I overstretched and have had back pain on and off ever since. My daughter is 21 now, but I need to watch how I lift things. This is well built, the shoulder straps help out also. My concern was the size. I have a 34-36" waist. That is at the high end of the recommended size. The next size up is XL and I wasn't sure that would be tight enough. I could have gone that size larger. There is plenty of Velcro to tighten its grip around your waist. I do fit into the M/L but if I add a few pounds It would be uncomfortable. So I need to lose pounds not gain. I'm certain This belt will adjust just fine.
