Does the job of providing support however does tend to roll up at the bottom and bunch up. Also the material isnt the softest but to be expected on a binder. I got the XL and currently I weight 187lbs and dropping. I purchased this binder to help with recovery status post C section. Overall it does it’s job

This product was great for a couple of hours. After that, the material stretched too much and started to poke through my shirt. I went to adjust the straps and the bottom of the band ended up breaking and had a hole through it. I couldn't wear it after that as the material was very scratchy and started to stab me. This would be a great product if it didn't break so easily.

This was essential post hysterectomy. It made me feel secure and able to move around for the first month post op. I wore it around the house and when I was walking and doing light core re-building exercises. My swelling went from looking 5 months pregnant to almost normal size and shape in just 5 weeks and I think this has a large part in that recovery process.
