The media could not be loaded. This is not harsh or too constricting like many bands. It has a double reinforcement which is also helpful to loosen without needing to remove it. The whole thing is Velcro material so it can size and adjust it how you want

It’s a basic belt w low-mild support. The Size M was big and wide for a petite person. It still works w/o much of support. Wished there was S option. The mesh & velcro material all around is breathable, so it should be comfortable all year long use. It’s VERY strong velcro attachment, and I found it’s very hard to remove or readjust when you have to resize the wear.     • I would almost take stars off cause Velcro is so hard to adjust

I would take stars due to my frustration trying to remove this. I had surgery 2.5 weeks ago and if I had this one initially I would have had to cut it off. I'm hardly strong enough now to remove it. While I would take stars off I think alot of people would like the Velcro. I watched a review on this item with the video. I dunno how she got hers to come off so easily.
