  • Very solid connectors that are easy to use.
If you have used (and probably hated) the low voltage wiring connectors that Malibu used to use (several years back) you will find that these are a dream. Very positive and reliable. I am buying another set of 10 so I can redo all of my outdoor low volt wiring. I am just not sure I see what they have to be as expensive as they are. Oh, well, I suppose you would price them as high as you could and still sell. And as I noted, I am going back for more. So there you go...... ... show more

  • Finally!
After years of replacing landscape lighting connectors, finally these (this style) connectors are available. Although they are way overpriced (from any vendor), they work. They just work. They don't seem to loosen over time or when you accidentally move the main wire or bump the fixture. They're easy to connect, although I have found that on 12 gauge main wire, I do have to use a knife to shave away some of the insulation to get them to fit over each wire. If the wire slot in the one side was a bit wider, it would be perfect. But unlike other style connectors, I haven't once had to reposition it after installing it to get the connection right. Also, I like the fact that if you want to switch out fixtures later, you can leave the connectors attached to the main wire and just unscrew the fixture end and insert the wires from the new device. I highly recommend these if you're installing landscape lights. It will cost more initially, but save you tons of frustration in the long run. ... show more

  • Worked great!
A bit more expensive than I wanted to pay but definitely worth the money. Easy to install and creates a very reliable connection. Enabled me to easily replace all of my outdoor landscape lights using the original low voltage wiring.

  • Expensive but work pretty good
Hard to get the wires in have to flatten the cable to get them to work however Better than other options out there But very expensive but how much is your time worth? Water proof? Not sure I have had a few have issues probably on 3 or 4 but I think due to the tight fit with wires in that sleeve But Seattle has a ton of 🌧 rain or I have bad luck maybe both ... show more

  • Great Connectors for Low-Voltage Lights
These connectors are very easy to use and give you a solid connection every time. I was having so many problems with my old connectors that I had started to solder fixture wires to the main power wire. Then I found these and will be using them from now on. The only problem is that they don’t show up as a listed product when searching Amazon for low-voltage connectors. Their price is less than half the cost of identical items and I would not have found them without reading one of the reviews for the similar products. ... show more

  • Ideal product
This is an ideal product for tapping into a main line. I have 10 gauge wire that I use for my low-voltage landscape lighting. This was just able to accommodate that wire with a little shaving of the casing. That said, it worked very well for me to be able to run a few T lines off of the main line. I use different connectors for connecting in my individual lights, and use this for my primary trunks coming off of the transformer. Love the product and just wish they came one size larger. ... show more

  • Best connectors I have found.
While I am not a professional landscaper, I am that guy in the neighborhood that makes the whole block illuminate from my low voltage lighting. I have tried many connectors over the years and these are without a doubt the best. They take a little more time than the Malibu connectors you can get at HomeDepot, but they are so much better - it is worth the extra time. I would NOT recommend these for 10 gauge wire as I could barely squeeze a 12 gauge into the slot provided. I guess it depends on the insulation surrounding the wire, but my 12 gauge had a thick insulation and barely fit, so consider this before buying a ton of wire and these connectors. Another tip is to use a hair dry or heat gun to soften up the insulation when putting the connector onto the wire. ... show more

  • You Gotta Have Some of These!
These things are great. Makes wiring up taillights or other wiring as simple as turning a screw!
