This is a well-rounded beginner tattoo kit that includes pretty much everything you'd need to get going, especially if you're just starting out or practicing. Having two batteries is a huge plus and makes a big difference for longer sessions or if you're hopping between setups. The machine itself works well, and the digital readout is helpful once you're familiar with it. The grip does feel a bit loose at first, though. There's some minor play in the needle depth adjustment bearings that you can feel and hear during setup. Taping it down helps, but it's definitely something you notice. The stroke adjustment is also on the stiff side, and because of how the battery attaches, it’s a little awkward to adjust unless you’re holding the ring just right. Not impossible, but a bit finicky, especially with gloves on. It loosened up a bit with use, so not a dealbreaker. Despite those quirks, the kit offers a solid intro to tattooing with a functional pen that delivers consistent results. For the price, you’re getting a decent amount of gear and a machine that’s capable once you get used to its handling.

I like that this has everything you need to start this new artistic hobby. Having the practice skin is great before doing permanent tattoo art. I recommend purchasing some more for extra practice if you are a beginner. Having a second battery is also nice because you can have one ready to go for when the other goes out. This is a must for those larger tattoo projects. It does take some experience to get used to this kit and can be a little intimidating with all the pieces but practice makes perfect. This makes a fun gift for those who are into tattoos and are creative.

This is a great starter kit with a bit of everything. The description really spells out all thats included but I'd say the only thing that it was low on was gloves. For all the supplies, you probably need lots more gloves. There are qr codes to scan for videos of instructions. Although resources may be everywhere it's great to see the instructions for the equipment you're actually using. The practice "skin" helps get you started as well. With both color and a good supply of black ink it's a great set for a novice or anyone looking to change to a new gun.
