It’s really durable
Perfect, it developed rust fast but we scraped it and put fresh paint on it, just like new.

a great purchase
This is perfect to have on hand in case of emergencies. This is NOT something that can be used indoors, but with the way things are in america.. it is a worthwhile purchase. Easy to put together. Manual is exact and you are not left with questions.

50/50 on this one

Cool idea, i think if you don't break it down and just left it on the porch or something and it would be great. I used it while camping and it warped so bad i couldn't reassemble it later. OK but may not be best for daily break downs.

Get the bigger size for camping
**hole width too wide to hold a standard size coffee percolator, will need to place a griddle or something under it - just an fyi!** Very cute and easy to assemble/unassemble, great for space saving! My only real issue was with the flip-up burner feet. They warped after the first use and now one of them can't go back down. Felt very sturdy initially, but I'm not sure that they were designed to hold up my cast iron pot I had used, which may be a deal breaker for many ppl who intend to use this camping. A design suggestion I would also like to suggest would be to make the wood door closeable. I was pretty surprised that it wasn't, as that helps control the rate of burn. Outside of that, this is a perfect little camp cooker and performed well, although if I had it to do again then I'd have gone with the bigger size. The small one burned through the little sticks and blocks of wood too fast and made the temperature fluctuate a lot just trying to keep it stable enough to cook with.

Impressive for the price
I cant say anything about longevity as I just received it. I want to say that I truly love this and feel like it will be great when I get to go back packing. Im currently trying it out in our side yard. We made steaks & potatoes. Also some water for tea. Im impressed at how comfortable it is to deal with. Its small but powerful. The heat emanating from it feels cozy. The flame is strong yet small and contained. I used a reciprocating saw to cut fire wood we had into smaller pieces. It was wonderful. Highly recommended giving it a go. I will definitely be sharpening my axe for future slim cuts though. So far It is everything I wanted. Give it a chance

Good alternative for cooking
This portable wood stove is very practical, especially for places where gas or electricity is limited. It works well with wood, small sticks, or charcoal, and heats up quickly. It’s easy to assemble and doesn’t take up much space, making it ideal to send to Cuba or use outdoors.
