Not sure if it was manufacturing dust or what, but the first time I used it, it spewed black material onto my white shirt! Yuck. You could see little black dust in all the holes where the steam comes out. I managed to flush it well and then clean the holes with a q-tip, and now it seems clean enough to use on my clothes.     • Compact, efficient, gets the job done
I was able to steam a garment within five minutes of opening the box. There was no dripping from the tank and the element heated up very quickly. Like another reviewer, I did get a few small pieces of dark material coming out initially, so either clean this or steam something not important first. I'm happy with the result I got on a very wrinkled linen shirt. My only two items of feedback are that it can be a little heavy with the water tank full, and it's not immediately clear how to set this down safely while using. That said, it heats up so quickly, it's going to be a lifesaver for quickly steaming a shirt or dress before work. Will definitely get plenty of use. ... show more

    • Puts out a lot of steam
Lots of steam and it works well. Downside is it’s awkward to hold without accidentally pushing the shutoff, and therefore awkward to use. But at least it really puts out a good deal of steam.

This Steamer is quick and efficient in eliminating wrinkles from clothes. I like the removable water chamber better than other steamers I've owned where you had to pour water directly into the steamer.

The steamer is intuitive to use, heats up quickly, and works like a charm. It has two settings - one for general wrinkles and a power mode for the tough creases. It is easy to move back and forth between those modes. The reservoir held enough water for two plus size women's shirts to be completely steamed and can be refilled quickly.
