Great choice for both beginners and children!How to remove the bottom line: 1.Remove bobbin cover and Insert coil. 2.Rotate the hand wheel one turn clockwise,press the foot switch to lower the presser foot. 3.Take hold of the line and straighten it,rotate the hand wheel one turn clockwise. 4.After straightening,you can see the superfluous line.Pull the line out. 5.Make one turn and straighten the line.Pull the upper thread outward so that the bottom thread is pulled out. 6.Put the bobbin cover on.Sew: 1.Plug in power adapter and foot pedal(Tip:when there is no power supply you can use it as on manual). 2.Install the extension stand on sewing machine. 3.Lift the presser foot and place the two wires behind.Move the fabric from under the presser foot to the sewing location. 4.Press the switch to sew or use the pedal to sew.Turn on the switch.Safety Notice: 1.Children should use sewing machine under adult supervision. 2.Use portable sewing machine when your hands are dry. 3.You can’t sew clothes until you’ve taken them off. 4.Power lines should be kept away from fire source. 5.The portable sewing machine and parts should not be immersed in water. 6.Don’t touch the needle when using the portable sewing machine.Package Included: Sewing machine1 Extension table1 AC/DC Adapter1 Foot pedal1 power cable1 Bobbins4 Needle1 Thread1 English manual1

    • Bought this as a gift for my wife, excellent value for the price!
I opened this and tried the product out myself and seemed fairly easy to use. It can be a bit complex to understand on how to set it up as the directions are one page but once figured out easy to operate. This isn't rechargeable and will need 4 AA batteries to power.

This is literally a toy. It didn’t work well from the get-go. Gets stuck, and very unforgiving. It’s a toy, that is all. Can’t handle anything more than a very very very thin material that is very small…otherwise, it gets stuck. It is also sensitive to cheap thread, gets stuck also.

    • Lightweight. Comes with sewn test cloth and already thready!
Needed a lightweight hand-held sewing machine for making simple repairs and this is ideal. First it comes pre-threaded and a test cloth sewn so you know it works. Nice touch. Secondly, it uses 4 "AA" batteries (not included, FYI) and is powerful enough to sew denim and delicate enough to handle silk, so versatility is a nice featue. Needed it for the occasional seam that comes undone or hem on pants. Easy to use and includes instructions. Simple, lightweight. Appears to be durable. Time will tell. ... show more

I really like this little machine. It involves a little bit of a learning curve, especially if you haven't used a sewing machine in a while. It lives up to what it is supposed to do. Great for small jobs and emergency mending jobs. A very nice product. Not bad for the price either.
