Decent 12.5 cm throat space and bright LED work light
For a portable machine, the 12.5 cm throat space offers a surprisingly functional work area for guiding fabric rolls through the needle path. I had plenty of maneuverability while sewing custom pillowcases and table runners, and the 96-tooth feed dogs pulled the fabric through evenly. The built-in LED sewing work light is another great touch. Operated by a standalone push-button switch, it focuses a clear beam directly onto the needle plate, eliminating annoying shadows during evening crafting sessions.

Impressive twin needle stitching for parallel seams!
I was pleasantly surprised to find that this affordable machine comes standard with a twin needle and a double spool pin. It creates crisp, parallel straight stitches on knit shirt hems and necklines. Just remember the crucial user tip: use the twin needle strictly with straight stitch patterns #1 to #3 to protect the needle plate! The 1-9 upper thread tension dial makes fine-tuning your stitch tension effortless.
