Very sturdy. I recently had a spinal fusion and needed a place to for my physical therapy stretches and exercises since getting up and down from the floor is not possible right now. I weigh over 275 pounds and this table has not even creaked. I use it daily. Great purchase and wonderful price!

The table is decent but I’d recommend buying your own bolster. This thing can barely prop an ankle up, so good luck using it for a comfortable massage. It’s half the size of a regular bolster and half the height, maybe even a third. Would make for a good neck rest on a plane tho.
