Very sturdy. I recently had a spinal fusion and needed a place to for my physical therapy stretches and exercises since getting up and down from the floor is not possible right now. I weigh over 275 pounds and this table has not even creaked. I use it daily. Great purchase and wonderful price!

The table is decent but Iโ€™d recommend buying your own bolster. This thing can barely prop an ankle up, so good luck using it for a comfortable massage. Itโ€™s half the size of a regular bolster and half the height, maybe even a third. Would make for a good neck rest on a plane tho.
