The chair, overall, is strong on steel, but chintzy on foam. not good enough to really cushion. So also the bolt or nut or washer that is needed to secure the middle padding was missing, so it is impossible to adjust the center pad. So, i called the number on the enclosed warranty sheet, and they refused to provide this piece. said it was not their responsibility, but Amazon's. This is the only warranty sheet with the product. The only one. Their phone number, their product. The phone operator said she did not have the amazon tracking number, and since they did not ship it, they are not standing behind their product. Avoid this product and any from this company, Factory Direct Wholesale, INc. located in Commerce GA. zero stars. Oh, to return it the instructions said that it can be returned only in the container it came in but it was smashed and ripped when it got here. The product was undamaged however. ... show more

Wasn’t what i expected, it isn’t comfortable facing the opposite way to do chest pieces or to sit in general(clients review) and the seat is too small. Honestly it’s really intended for massages facing forward not to sit backwards on it. My honest review on this product.
