This 2 Person Portable Infrared Steam Sauna is a total game changer for my wellness routine! I was looking for something that could give me the relaxation and detox benefits of a spa without leaving the house, and this sauna delivered. The setup was surprisingly easy for such a large unit. The XXXL sauna tent is spacious, I’m 5’7” and I can comfortably sit inside with my partner using the included folding chairs. It heats up quickly thanks to the dual 1300W steamers, and the adjustable steam levels make it easy to control the intensity. One of the best features is the 660nm red light therapy lamp. I’ve noticed a difference in my skin tone and overall energy since I started using it regularly. We set up this steam shower next to our pool so we can enjoy it, then jump into the pool to cool off in the warmer months. The sauna folds up easily and can be stored quickly or even taken on road trips! We enjoy the red light therapy and my skin feels so soft and detoxed after using. It is great befor e good and restful sleep! It was easy to install, works well, a quality build for the money value.

This larger sauna is functional, spacious, and comfortable option for two people, especially compared to my smaller sauna that is a tight squeeze even for one person. The red light panel is my favorite feature. This is similar to the red light panel used at the spa I attend. This is really a surprising feature to include in such an affordable at-home sauna. However, there are significant caveats. First, this took a while to set up. This is more involved than my smaller pop-up style sauna, which assembles in just a minute or two. This takes maybe 15 minutes to assemble, and another 15 minutes to disassemble. This is not something I can throw up, use, and tear down quickly. This is something that I have to plan ahead to leave up for at least a week or so at a time to make it worth the effort. Further, since this uses the old fashioned tent pole style connectors, there are a lot of pieces to keep track of. One time, I dropped or misplaced one of the plastic connector pieces, rendering the entire thing useless until I could find that missing piece. The storage bag does keep things somewhat organized, but there needs to be more compartments or a separate case for the smaller pieces, because they end up a jumbled mess at the bottom of the bag. It's also a significant space commitment. It's 3 feet (36 inches) x 50 inches (more than 4 feet). And of course I must allow room to get in and out of the unit. With my previous smaller spa, I felt comfortable using it inside despite the risk of drips and steam in the house. However, this one has two steamers, so it has significantly more steam and drips. It's too much moisture for the inside of the house, and it's too big to use in the bathroom. For me personally, I feel the only option is to use it outside. However, using it outside is a seasonal thing. During the winter, the heaters take significantly longer to heat up, and the overall temperature output is lower. So on cold days, when I need it the most, it is also the most hassle and takes longer. Also this is not really built for outdoor use. In fact, the fabric is thinner than expected even under normal circumstances. It looks nice and even somewhat professional at first. But after several uses, the fabric begins to sag a little bit. I was also surprised that the internal supports were metal instead of plastic. They are not stainless steel or aluminum, so it is susceptible to rust. It takes quite a bit of steam to fill this larger unit, this is about 2.5x the cubic footage as my smaller sauna. So it definitely needs both of the heaters that are included. However one challenge I had was plugging both heaters into the same circuit or outlet. At 1300 watts each, I discovered that I had to be very careful about having anything else plugged into that circuit, or it would trip the breaker. It is very quiet, makes no noise at all. The chairs are comfortable. There are several things I love about this. But I do have mixed feelings about the overall value given some of my concerns.

This sauna has been amazing for my husband and me! It heats up quickly, is super easy to set up, and comfortably fits the two of us. We love using it to unwind and relax together after a long day. The red light therapy is a great bonus, and the quality is excellent. I’m impressed with how hot it gets. After use it’s easy to wipe the sweat. Definitely worth every penny!

My husband and I went on vacation and the rental had an inferred sauna and we loved it. I loved it so much that I started researching at home saunas. After checking out many options (more than I care to admit) I choose this one and I am extremely happy with it. It was pretty easy to set up, heats up quickly and has enough room for both of us. We set it up as soon as we got it and trid it out after our workout. It was so relaxing and I feel that it can help with muscle recovery. It has a heat adjustment which is nice because if I'm using without my husband I can turn up the heat (I like it hotter than he does). The last 2 evenings I have used it, about two hours before going to bed, and I got the best sleep that I have had in a long time. I am also a big proponent of the benefits of red light therapy so I like that it has the red lights. It was a good purchase and I highly recommend it.
