This is a wonderful steamer. It quickly heats up and takes out the wrinkles in clothing. You will need to refill the water with each item that you steam. I do not mind this, because I like the compact ability and I generally only need to steam the item that I am about to wear. If, suddenly the steamer doesn’t seem to be working, you may have the water container up side down. This happened to me once and as soon as I turned it around, it started working again.

The media could not be loaded. This steamer is the perfect travel steamer! I travel for work often and this fits easily in my suitcase and works just as well as any other steamer on my suit jackets and slacks. Doesn’t take long to steam all the wrinkles out with this. No water leakage. Definitely a great investment if you travel often!

This is the best little steamer. It is easy to use, literally just fill, plug in and 10 seconds to heat up and you have steam. Great for removing wrinkles on napkins and smaller items after washing that you don't want to break out the iron for. It does get hot! Also, I use it like an iron on my husband's Hawaiian shirt hems with curled edges, takes like 2 minutes to fix. One thing I have learned that is very important: you must have the black lettering on the water tank facing up. I thought it had stopped working after a fill-up and finally read the writing on the tank, flipped it over and I was back in business. I have not had it leak or spit except right after initial startup. You do have to fill it after about every10 minutes or so but it wouldn't be as handy if the tank was any bigger. It folds too, so fits nicely in your suitcase.

I've had this for about six months now. Bought it for a super hard to keep wrinkle out dress, easy to use and not hot to burn you. Easy to travel with and safe for everyone to use.

Iron is compact and works pretty well but I’m sending back because the cord is way too small and inconvenient to use.

Purchased for a cruise in April and it worked great. It’s a portable steamer so I only intend to use it for vacation. I brought it with me again now in August, just 4 months later and it did not work, no steam - just leaking water and making a weird noise. Extremely disappointing to have used once and it no longer work.
