This is a wonderful steamer. It quickly heats up and takes out the wrinkles in clothing. You will need to refill the water with each item that you steam. I do not mind this, because I like the compact ability and I generally only need to steam the item that I am about to wear. If, suddenly the steamer doesn’t seem to be working, you may have the water container up side down. This happened to me once and as soon as I turned it around, it started working again.

This handheld steamer is amazing! I have never had a good experience with steamers before because they would either leak or take to long to steam. With this particular one I am able to steam my clothes super fast so it's very convient if I'm in a time crunch. I really appreciate how it heats up so fast and it take very little time to steam my clothes because it works so good. Another thing that I really enjoy is how small it is, so I'm able to take it anywhere. I encourage anyone who's looking for a good steamer to give this one a try!

I've had this for about six months now. Bought it for a super hard to keep wrinkle out dress, easy to use and not hot to burn you. Easy to travel with and safe for everyone to use.

This is the best little steamer. It is easy to use, literally just fill, plug in and 10 seconds to heat up and you have steam. Great for removing wrinkles on napkins and smaller items after washing that you don't want to break out the iron for. It does get hot! Also, I use it like an iron on my husband's Hawaiian shirt hems with curled edges, takes like 2 minutes to fix. One thing I have learned that is very important: you must have the black lettering on the water tank facing up. I thought it had stopped working after a fill-up and finally read the writing on the tank, flipped it over and I was back in business. I have not had it leak or spit except right after initial startup. You do have to fill it after about every10 minutes or so but it wouldn't be as handy if the tank was any bigger. It folds too, so fits nicely in your suitcase.

Love this portable steamer. Works great in removing wrinkles. The water tank is small but actually lets you do a least 2 shirts. Took it on Vacation and on a cruise. compliant with travel rules.

Works great, heats up fast. Sometimes it spits out water and makes your clothes a little wet so make sure you give it enough time between steaming and wearing.

Purchased for a cruise in April and it worked great. It’s a portable steamer so I only intend to use it for vacation. I brought it with me again now in August, just 4 months later and it did not work, no steam - just leaking water and making a weird noise. Extremely disappointing to have used once and it no longer work.
