I received this item charged it up have used it twice since. It seemed to work really well aired up the tires quickly and conveniently. The last time I used it I noticed it was only half charged so I put it back on the charger it would not charge. I tried a different charger and it still will not charge. I reached out to Amazon they put me in Touch with manufacturer… then ultimately game me a warranty replacement. It is a good product works well. The one question I asked the manufacturer that never got answered. Is exactly what kind of charging transformer (power - wattage and voltage) should be used with the USB-C cord. I have determined that the old Apple large block USB, along with the pig tail usb-usb-c cord works best. ... show more

Original review (see update below): The product got overheated after less than 15 minutes of usage and refused to work until I paused (I didn’t time how long of a pause is required but checked after couple of hours and it was working again). Moreover, the fully charged unit depleted to a single bar on the battery indicator. I probably filled about 10psi in those 15 minutes of usage. The cord is also extremely short and you have to hold the unit if the valve is towards the upper side of the tire. I also was having trouble properly fitting the valve - too tight, the air would leak from the tire but too loose, the unit won’t even detect that it’s connected. Total waste of time so I’m sending it back Update: The manufacturer contacted me about problem when they launched an updated version in 2022. They sent me a new device free of cost even though I had returned my purchased device. I am bumping up the score to 4 stars from 1 star as the updated version works well and has none of the issues I had earlier ... show more

I purchasedc this product 10 months ago, and didn't need it until now (Mar, '24). It had no charge, so I put it on the charger, and got an indication it was fully charged. However, when I pressed the power button, nothing happened. Light wouldn't come on or anything. Put it back on the charger, wioth the same results after. Before I got my e-bike I used this pump four times on a tire to get home. Got home and nothing was visible in the tire or tube. Charged it once and checked it last week and it still had a half battery and that’s after filling the equivalent of eight bike tires between my old bike and new e-bike which suffered two flats with a week of riding it. This is a nice and compact high pressure inflator. It's pretty loud, but I don't think you can expect a compressor like this to be quiet. Think about the compressors at a gas station. It's handheld and has good battery life. Very happy.

About a month ago I had a tire that was low and needed some air. I stopped at 3 places and wasted $4 due to damaged equipment. I immediately went online and found this portable compressor and I will never leave the house without it. It is very easy to use, and extremely convenient and accurate when inflating the tire/tires to the problem PSI. I was able to check all of my tires and go from (31 to 33), (29 to 33) & (30 to 33) in about 2-3 minutes. No more issues with a compressor valve, no wrestling with a long hose to get to each tire. I bought it a few years ago and it worked fine. I did not use it much over the few years, not much reason. Today I pulled off my garage shelf and charge was good, set the 33psi and hooked it up to my car tire. The display stayed on 0.0 Don't buy!
