replaced my old ones on my 2005 pickup bed canopy. these are so easy to install and so stiff and strong....it takes 2 hands to open the canopy window :) I am perfectly fine with that, I like the stronger seal....keeps rain water from going into the canopy now. thank you

These were replacement shocks and installed quickly and easily. I think they work well, but maybe it's just the application, they don't "push" from the closed position as hard as the ones they replaced -- maybe I need 45lb struts, but these were the same as the ones they replaced. Once you "help" get it started, they open and hold it open -- so they're strong enough. It may just be my application, tho. ... show more

Replaced the rear hatch horizontal lid lift cylinders. Direct fit and work well. A little tough to get the clips pried out and up aways, but not too bad. Need small narrow flat blade screwdriver to pry clips out and up aways. Try not to pull retainer clips all the way out of location as they are hard to get back in grooves. ... show more
