I purchased this item because it was SUPPOSE TO have a 6.5L water tank option, to where u would not have to hook to sink. But upon receiving this, there was no such place to fill up. NOT HAPPY. In one area it says on description that it has a BUILT IN water area but then a few rows down now says it has detachable tank. (Never said this when I bought it ) so if u are thinking to make this purchase because of built in water area, think again....u could end up wanting to return it. :/ if I wanted to hook to sink.     • Usable but with many design flaws
I do not like the top loading design – you have to make sure that your sink area has good clearance. My sink area has hood shelves that means the lid will hit something if I open it carelessly Unlike other portable dishwaters, water only comes from a single direction (spray from bottom) rather than from both top and bottom. The lid sealing mechanism is a bit too strong, will lift dishwasher if not heavily loaded. To prevent this I have to hold down the body while lifting the lid. The washer is not tall enough for chopsticks upright, I have to lay them sideways No pre-measure dish soap slot built in, you just have to manually measure the quantity. A bit of delay in buttons. Capacitive but you have to hold for a bit for the heat to transfer to the button. The outlet pipe is pre attached, inlet pipe is included in a bag for user install. The aerator adapter fits my tap perfectly. The tap adaptor switches easily between dishwasher and tap mode, although the passthrough outlet does not contain another aerator, so I don’t have the option to run both my name brand water filter and the dishwater through the sink tap You cannot complete a wash program without connecting the inlet hose. Manually adding water does not work, if there’s no pressure at the inlet then the machine will show an E1 error. The machine can build up a water surplus if the drain is backed up or if the inlet pressure is too high, or if you manually added 6 gallons of water to try to run it without connecting the inlet hose. Some surplus can be removed by shutting down the inlet and repeatedly running the fruit program – it will drain some water for the 1st minute before the machine displays the E1 error. This will mostly drain the tank, but you can still see a bit of water inside. The final oz or so can only be emptied by tipping the whole machine over. The manual recommends running the intensive program and then leaving the lid slightly open if you go on vacation. If you pause the dishwasher mid wash and then press the power button to shut off, it does not automatically dump all the water, so that is also a way to build up surplus water. The machine does not have the ability to detect if there is more than 6qts of water in the system. If something goes wrong it will allow water to build up to the point where dishware is floating inside. Measured power usage: 0.5W off, 8W pumping water, 900W heating water, 70W drying. The 28minute rapid cycle uses about 300wh in the wash phase. The 18 minute unheated fruit cycle uses about 10wh. After 1x 28m rapid round with a mix of dishes, the oily dishes were de-oiled with all soap residue removed. ... show more

    • Amazingly powerful
This portable dishwasher is amazingly powerful and works very well. To test it out I hooked it up very simply to my sink in my kitchen and plugged it into the outlet. Which the instructions are needed to do so it's good that it does include instructions just in case you have a different type of faucet, it also includes adapters for that. I put in a few dishes, a couple of them were already cleaned and I wanted to see if it would leave spots on those, and a few of them had some moderate residue and two of them had a lot of residue, such as stuck on ketchup. The instructions as I mentioned are pretty straightforward and included with it and I turned it on and let it go. It was fairly quiet as well, I was actually surprised with how quiet it operates. It did take it a little bit to get the dishes clean and for the cycle to finish but after opening it and seeing the quality of the work it was definitely worth the wait. One thing that it mentions is something about a built-in water tank but I'm not sure I understand how it has that when it does require it to be plugged in to use. And the instructions only tell me about how I'm able to buy a water tank as an accessory. But that's not a big issue as it plugs in very easily to my water tap. Overall it is a great value for money, very easy to use and very durable. It does weigh a little bit much and it takes up a bit of counterspace, however I don't anticipate anybody really wanting to leave this on the counter permanently. It is very easy to move even though it weighs a little bit so it's very easily stored away in a pantry. Living temporarily in a travel trailer space is something I definitely don't have a lot of so it was nice to be able to move this very easily and store it away when not using it. ... show more

    • Countertop Dishwasher
This is a great option for anyone who doesn't have a dishwasher in their home. It came quickly and was packaged well. I will say it is on the heavier side and required some help lifting the box into my home. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear and concise. It was easy to hook up and holds enough dishes for a 2 person household. The little machine was able to clean our dishes quick and easy and when it was done all I had to do was unhook for my kitchen faucet and move it to the part of the counter that I was going to store it on. It was not too heavy to move a short distance on the counter by myself. Although I wouldn't want to carry it a long ways, scooting it across the counter was easy enough. I gave it 5 Stars because it works just like it is supposed to. The only complaint I have is that it takes up quite a bit of real estate on your counter. I would say comparable to a microwave. If you don't have a dishwasher and you have room on your counter this is the model for you. It preforms well and is easy to use. ... show more
