It was everything I hoped for. It arrived without damage, the drivers even helped me to remove outer packaging so we could make sure there was no damage. It works fantastically. Runs quietly, we can’t hear it over the TV in the next room. I was able to easily figure out how to use it. I plugged my sing and ran a load (on standard setting) and it uses less than a sink full of water per load. The compact size is perfect for our two person household. My only complaint is that it is almost impossible to get all of the water out of the hoses before stowing them, but I solved that by putting a zip lock bag over the nozzles so the water leaks into the bag, instead of onto the floor. Hoses needed tightened every other use. Eventually started leaking from everywhere. There are no obvious blockages and no food in machine. When contacted black and Decker portable dishwasher department I've only gotten voice mail which none of my calls have been returned.

This dishwasher leaks all the time. I kept getting an E4 error code which means it was not draining. Customer Service answered the first few responses asking for POP and picture of error code. After all the information was sent and explanations of the issue, they quit responding and my issue has never been corrected. I would purchase something else. ... show more

The cheap plastic piece on back to hold hoses broke the very first time I used it was deliver with a dent in the top corner and I don't live close to a return store I love that it's very quiet when running
