This dishwasher has been functioning perfectly. It cleans the dishes just as well as the Samsung dishwasher I had in my last home. It doesn’t dry super well I’m guessing because it doesn’t have any vents so I pop it open when it’s done and hang a kitchen towel on the door so that it stays open. The manual states it must be used with cold water only. Using hot water can cause a leak. It looks great, rolls easily to and from the sink, and is easy to connect and disconnect. I gave it 4 stars because it is a dishwasher and it does wash your dishes but like a lot of the comments say it does not dry the dishes very well at all. After my dishes are washed from the dishwasher they are soaked like the dishwasher did not even dry them other than that it is a cool dishwasher

    • Arrived in an armored box!
This seller definitely took no chances with shipping, the dishwasher arrived in what can only be described as an armored box via FedEx. No dings or dents. The unit itself is excellent and operates every bit as well as.my built in, just slightly smaller. SPT also clearly addressed installation error issues by taping the o-rings to their intended connections. It's quiet, dishes come out hot, dry and clean, stainless steel interior is nice, unit looks good. Using it with an 8 foot faucet quick connect hose, the pump has no issues expelling the water a foot above itself. Only downside is the Stargate SG1 like symbols that they use on the display, you will have to learn some heiroglyphics. If you're on the fence, get it, its a really good dishwasher. ... show more

Dishwasher works great. Takes about 2.5 hrs for the normal wash, but it's very silent and cleans great. We did a more permanent install. Purchased a Dishwasher kit for the installation of the cold water line and discharge line to our garbage disposal. The discharge connection on the Dishwasher is unique to anything homedepot had. So had to cut and reuse the one that came with the machine and use a 1/2" to 5/8" plastic barb connector from homedpot to connect to the garbage disposal line. But love it. Machine only uses the cold water line and heats the water itself. Came very well packaged and protected. ... show more

    • Disappointing...
Update: 7/2/2024 The company sent a shipping company to pick it up. I got an email letting me know that they would process my refund as soon as the item was received and has undergone inspection. That was June 26. 6 days later and nothing. No email. No refund. So far they have not made it right. Original post... Dishwasher was correctly connected to the faucet and it was plugged in and turned on. Turned the hot water on for the faucet. It could pump water in and pump water out but didn't actually go through a cycle. When it would get to the pre-rinse cycle nothing would happen but the indicator light said it was there. Then it would go into the next cycle and nothing happened. It took water in and pumped it back out but at the end of it my dishes were still dirty. I tried to send it back and shipping cost $500. So I'm stuck with a expensive paperweight. Hope they make it right. ... show more

I love this dishwasher it's very quiet I sometimes forget that it's even on which is my biggest problem because you don't want to leave your water running forever when it doesn't need to be. My dishes come out perfectly clean every time I've never had an issue with them ever staying dirty. There's no spots there absolutely awesome the only downfall with it is that most of the time I do have to take them out of the dishwasher and dry them which is no big deal I don't mind trying dishes as much as I hate washing them. ... show more

I was hesitant to purchase because of the reviews, but I'm glad I took a chance! I followed the instructions that said to lay the dishwasher on its side to install the hoses to avoid leaks, which was my primary concern. It also made it easier to achieve the positioning of the hoses the instructions recommended. You don't have to, but I purchased extended hoses too to reach further and had no problems or leaking at all. I did need a different adapter to connect to the faucet than the one that was included, but I anticipated that because of the reviews and bought a kit with several sizes. I bought the Amazon brand dish washing detergent packs and some jet dry rinse aid. I selected the 60min wash and was so impressed with the finished results! No spots and completely dry. It is pricey, but we'll worth it for me and I would highly recommend. ... show more
