This is a great dishwasher! Cost a pretty penny, but was worth it to me. However, I had problems with the shipping. When first ordered, got a tracking number, but when it wasnt delivered, contacted shipping company, they never received the product. Amazon got on it, and a new order was put through with a different shipping company. That order didnt go through as planned, came in a little over a week later. The media could not be loaded. This washer was easy to install once I added a faucet adapter. Leaked because it was not screwed on tightly but easily fixed. All dishes did not get clean as with any dishwasher I may have overfiled it. I am happy with the purchase.     • Cheap plastic parts. Works well for now. Hope it lasts.
This is a cheap dishwasher that is going to do the job as long as it is not overloaded or used improperly. The hose caddy/clamp piece that attached to the back of the unit has already snapped due to either low quality material or bad engineering. Another black part that was to be attached to the bottom back corner of the unit cannot be attached due to holes being drilled in the wrong location and the plastic threads being bored out.     • Nice machine, if you do not want to dry
The machine is great inside with it's metal inside that appears more durable. After a couple runs of the machine, I find that it appears the drying cycle does not work. I have done 3-4 different runs of the machine and none of them have dried any of the dishes after the runs are through. Doesn't matter if it's bowls, dishes, silverware. I am disappointed that I still have to dry the dishes after all this. I also wish the cycles were not 2-3 hours per run. ... show more

Everything on this unit works great. Things to note; -Make sure unit is leveled using the feet or you will have a small leak from the the front corners. -Knock off the majority of food on plates before loading, do not just throw plates with food into unit. Seems like common sense but some people do that for some reason. -I have hooked mine up permanently to my sink and water line, that can be done easily with a few connectors and parts ... show more
