So far I have used it 3 times. The one problem I have found is the dishwasher pod isn't dissolving all the way but that may be my fault for putting it in first then loading it. For the 3rd time that is running right now I waited until right before I started it to put the pod in so I am going to see if it dissolves all the way this time. Dishes come out clean thou. Have to towel dry and leave the door cracked afterwards to dry the inside. Easy installation. Good value and durablility. Noise level is pretty quiet and so far no leaks. Happy with purchase. Delivery took 2 weeks through FedEx. Due to roads being covered in snow and ice at the time. But I am glad it finally came in. ... show more

    • Arrived in an armored box!
This seller definitely took no chances with shipping, the dishwasher arrived in what can only be described as an armored box via FedEx. No dings or dents. The unit itself is excellent and operates every bit as well as.my built in, just slightly smaller. SPT also clearly addressed installation error issues by taping the o-rings to their intended connections. It's quiet, dishes come out hot, dry and clean, stainless steel interior is nice, unit looks good. Using it with an 8 foot faucet quick connect hose, the pump has no issues expelling the water a foot above itself. Only downside is the Stargate SG1 like symbols that they use on the display, you will have to learn some heiroglyphics. If you're on the fence, get it, its a really good dishwasher. ... show more

This dishwasher has been functioning perfectly. It cleans the dishes just as well as the Samsung dishwasher I had in my last home. It doesn’t dry super well I’m guessing because it doesn’t have any vents so I pop it open when it’s done and hang a kitchen towel on the door so that it stays open. The manual states it must be used with cold water only. Using hot water can cause a leak. It looks great, rolls easily to and from the sink, and is easy to connect and disconnect. All the reviews said to set it up with the SD card so I have to wait. As far as delivery speed, I am very pleased. The camera looks great too! Can't wait to use it.
I was hesitant to purchase because of the reviews, but I'm glad I took a chance! I followed the instructions that said to lay the dishwasher on its side to install the hoses to avoid leaks, which was my primary concern. It also made it easier to achieve the positioning of the hoses the instructions recommended. You don't have to, but I purchased extended hoses too to reach further and had no problems or leaking at all. I did need a different adapter to connect to the faucet than the one that was included, but I anticipated that because of the reviews and bought a kit with several sizes. I bought the Amazon brand dish washing detergent packs and some jet dry rinse aid. I selected the 60min wash and was so impressed with the finished results! No spots and completely dry. It is pricey, but we'll worth it for me and I would highly recommend. ... show more

    • Leaks and breaks
We’ve had this for almost one year and have had many issues with it. On the whole it works well and is a huge game changer. But it often breaks and gives us issues like leaking through the machine in the front and the back and nothing we do is fixing it.

So we have had this dishwasher since Christmas of 2024. As for the leaking issues mentioned in other comments, you have to make sure everything is tightened and secure to prevent leaks. Also the people complaining about drying... I found it best to crack open the door once the drying cycle is done. It prevents any steam from getting trapped and creating condensation on your dishes. Rolls around our kitchen and works great as an extra countertop as well. We put a butcher's block on ours. It tucks away pretty nicely in our 800 sq ft home too. No big issues since we've had it. ... show more
