abunda_amazon_reviews It was a perfect fit for my space. Nice design. Well made interior. Adjustable legs for height. Ease of Installation.;;Sandie A.;;;I installed it, found a blockage in the drain line, which caused it to flood my floor (all MY fault, I might add). Cleared the blockage, and then it drained fine. But now the LED screen STILL displays a leakage error code, and there is no way to turn the power off or reset the error code. The EdgeStar website only shows one dishwasher they sell (I bought it on Amazon), which is a countertop portable dishwasher. UPDATE: I uprated to 4 stars, because the washer is now re-set, and working fine. But not 5 stars, because 1) the manual did not state how to reset the error code (I had to cut the power to the washer for 15 hours!!), 2) the washer is a discontinued model which wasn't stated on the Amazon page, 3) their website is pretty skinny on support details, though a contact form complaint got an email reply from a support person, there is NO phone number OR email address for support 4) no manuals of any kind are provided on the Edgewater website (I found them all on the Amazon product page). Only been a month so longevity issues are still a concern. Install was easy, doesn’t come with a power cord or any power cabling at all. Buy the dishwasher install kit on amazon and it’ll work out fine. Wired it up, hooked the drain and the hot water to the sink and started washing. I Live in a little single wide mobile home so space was limited but I hate handwashing I feel dishes never get really clean. This thing cleans really good, I really am impressed and it holds quite a bit. I’ve found if you wash on heavy load on the “sanitize” setting, dishes get the cleanest. One gripe is that you have to choose the load settings each time, why it can’t just save what you did last time. Took a star away for that. Heavy load takes 2hr 40 min express takes 90 minutes. About the industry average these days. My friends Bosch takes like 4 hours, it’s ridiculous. It is very quiet too. I honestly wasn’t thinking it would be this quiet and was wondering if it was even working at times, so if anyone on here says it’s loud, you must have the most sensitive ears on the planet. Seriously whisper quiet. I love it, just hope it lasts cuz it does feel a bit on the cheap side, but we shall see. Update 12/9/2019 Still working great. Cleans my dishes great. I am downgrading to 1 star because dishes do not come out clean even on the heavy cycle - see attached photo. I have follwed all manufacturer instructions. I also did not have these issues with my old dishwasher which I should have kept. Hopefully I can return the new one to Kohls. My previous 18 inch Kenmore (manufactured by Maytag) still worked but was falling apart. The 18 inch dishwashers are generally a lot more expensive than the 24s. I should have open the box before and look at the appliance before the installer came. This one is not as wide or deep on the inside and you can't put larger items like spatulas in the silverware tray. The appliance holds less than half of what the old dishwasher did. It is designed more for an RV than for a home. It says 8 place settings but that must be for gnome-sized dishes. Using it is easy and it looks great, but some dishwashers have come out dirty (even after cleaning garbage disposal and using normal/heavy settings). It is also mostly quiet except for when the rinse cycles.
