This dishwasher has served me well for about 5.5 years. Relatively quiet, typically washes well (as long as stuff isn't dried on). Took one star off for the error codes being impossible to clear without unplugging the machine (no easy task since its plug is behind it). I will say, it has been displaying those error codes more often in the last couple of months and based on the loud noise coming from the machine, I think the pump is going out. ... show more

We purchased this size for our summer home. We did not have enough space for a regular size dishwasher and shopped everywhere for a smaller size. This was the best value and we could actually obtain it within days. The other purchase options from Lowes, Home Depot, etc. for this size were very limited, way more expensive and would have taken months to receive. It arrived in great condition, excellent packing, we installed it ourselves without any problems and it works great. We were concerned about the interior space, would the blades hit the plates, would it clean the dishes as well, what would the noise level be, would we be able to put a sufficient amount of dishes and silverware in the smaller unit, etc. It has surpassed our expectations. The service guy had never installed one of these. He was impressed by it tho. The hookup went without a hitch.. It replaced one that was installed 25 or so years ago. So far everything about this dish washer has impressed me. It holds a lot more dishes than the kenmore it replaced. And i guess by design.. everything about it WORKS! IT gives/gave an error code tho.. but it's cus there was no spot free drying liquid in it's reservoir. It wasn't broken.. just a nag to remind you for best performance use a liquid drying aid. I like this dishwasher, half the price of a bosh.. with similar functions. and i assume performance cus it does it's job. update: keeps having e4 error.. i can use it a few days then another e4 error (overflow).. takes over 24 hours to clear an e4 error.. i have to shut off breaker in house to reset washer cus there is no breaker on washer. i don't see any suds there is no reason this error is occuring. but drying it out thoroughly (24+ hours) is the only way to get this thing working again. i warn against buying this.. it is crap. you will spend more time trying to get it working than washing dishes. when you cycle breakers the e4 light is still on.. and the washer is stuck in an almost never ending drain cycle with nothing to drain.. this dishwasher turned into a nightmare. manufacturer 1. put breaker accessible to user on front panel 2. make it less sensitive and more reliable 3. display your error codes in english not codes. ... show more

I purchased this item to replace an Edgestar dishwasher purchased in 2015. While that one still worked, I wanted a replacement to a newer model. This one is relatively quiet, and seems to clean the dishes much better, without leaning residue, and the controls/display is nicer, and now includes a countdown timer to show how much longer is left in the cycle. It appears there’s no way to turn off the led display. At the end of the cycle, it displays “End”, and after being opened, it displays “-:- -“. ... show more
