  • Just buy this one - BUT…
I read a LOT of reviews for 18 inch, compact dishwashers. I spent hours and hours researching. I chose this one and I’m glad I did. But here’s what you need to know: Pros: it works! It’s the best, least expensive compact machine. It has a one hour “rapid” wash which works great. A display showing how much time is left on the cycle, stays fairly clean from fingerprints, holds large dinner plates no problem and looks nice in my galley (kitchen - we live on a boat) Cons: extremely hard to install (we did not purchase the install kit, maybe this would have been helpful?). The water is plumbed out the front of the machine (super weird) so if you don’t have some funky plumbing parts, you’ll have to jerryrig the kick plate on as it will no longer fit. The layout for stacking dishes is a bit odd, if it runs out of drying agent (I use white vinegar) there will be a code on the screen and you won’t be able to start it until you refill. I believe the pros out way the cons and recommend this dishwasher if you’re in the market for an 18 inch. ... show more

  • 5 Year Review. Would purchase again for sure
5 year review. Purchased 2020. Still going strong! Used almost daily or at least every other day. Only issue is there is one small rust spot forming at the bottom of the door, on the inside. This is an easy repair but I feel like in a few more years the rust will increase. Overall, I would absolutely purchase this unit again. Used in small condo with a family of 4. ... show more

  • Not fond
Absolutely no instructions with this unit. Also it doesn’t mention the whole other kit you have to buy as well. Pretty dissatisfied with how this was put together. We shall see. I also have to add that this dishwasher sucks. It doesn’t dry the dishes even on heated dry. I need someone to contact me about this. ... show more

  • A gem
Review after one year: We had to get a tiny dishwasher because of the height of our countertops. I had low expectations, but this dishwasher is my best friend. I probably run it at least every other day if not every day. I use a natural dish dishwashing detergent and everything comes out clean. Easy to clean the filter at the bottom. I had a handyman come install it. It was super easy. Everything worked right away. Love it! ... show more

  • Great Customer Service!
I bought this in October for one of my apartments which I just completed. I was missing the mounting brackets and there was a slight tear in the plastic condensation shield. I called the factory, and they answered the phone immediately. The customer service person "Brym" was really on the ball and looked up the parts and I will have them in a couple of days. This was so easy. Even without mounting the dishwasher had been tested thoroughly first and works great. ... show more

  • Pretty good overall but a couple of issues
This little dishwasher works fairly well but I haven’t been super pleased with it overall. My main issue has been that it will leave a film of dishwasher detergent on many items and I often have to re-wash items because they don’t get clean. I switched to liquid dishwasher detergent (I used to use cascade pods), which has mostly helped but I still have to rinse or hand wash items after putting them through the dishwasher. The normal wash cycle is also two hours and fifteen minutes. You can use the eco or quick wash for a faster cycle, but they don’t really work. Still, it is quiet and does wash dishes in a small space, so I can’t complain too much! The filter underneath is easy to take out and clean, which is a big bonus because I used to have to use tools to pull open the filter on my old dishwasher. I also like the buttons and that it has two sprayer things (one on each level). ... show more
