I bought this because I had some injuries that prevented me from hand washing dishes. It is a great size, big enough to hold a good amount of dishes, small enough to not take up too much space on a counter. It is perfect for a single person or a couple of people. I use it for all the plates, bowls, flatware, storage containers, large spoons, spatulas, etc. I haven't tried to wash the pots or pans in it. Cleans very well and uses very little detergent. Easy to operate and I like that I can wash my vacuum insulated tumblers if I stop the cycle before it reaches the hot dry phase. I wish I had bought it sooner. Saves me time and I like that it is small. I don't have to feel guilty running it for a couple of meals worth of dishes that would leave a regular dishwasher largely empty. I absolutely LOVE this dishwasher! We live in a super old house and there are very few counters and we don’t want to destroy what little cupboards there are so this works great. We keep an old lunch cooler under the side table we have it sitting on to drain into and pour the water in the top. Everything gets clean, if you have stuck on food rinse first and use the Strong setting… that will do it. The fruit cycle doesn’t get hot and can be used for stuff that’s able to be washed but “not dishwasher safe” due to high heat. It’s really saved me a lot of time and strain on my back! It’s pretty quiet and solid built. I use it A LOT. Several loads a day for the last like month and a half since I got it. No issues at all! The basket is just a tad too small for our full size plates but I’ve been able to finagle them in maybe one per load. The strong setting even works for pots and pans. The Quick setting is for light wash. I rinse everything so it is usually ok for me but if anything is really on there, you might want to use Normal setting or Strong for anything stuck stuck. I also love the window in the front. Tbh it’s kinda fun to watch when I’m bored haha. There’s a lip at the back in the top that stops big plates from fitting. I got tired of handwashing dishes and it being such a time consuming chore the last 6 years. I purchased this countertop dish washer based off the reviews written, and I am so glad I did!! I figured doing so I would save so much more on water use, use less dish soap, and stop buying paper plates to use- since I was avoiding using my dinnerware to help cut down hand washing. Using this countertop dishwasher will become a money saver for me in a month's time, which I am happy about! I load it like adult tetris, press start, and enjoy the rest of my evening instead of having to take time away by standing at my sink hand washing dishes. (I have no problem washing and drying pots and pans by hand, if needed, since some cannot fit.) My first test run was pouring in cold water and running a quick cycle - I am impressed with how hot the water got (hotter than my hot water tap), how well the hot drying cycle worked, and cleanliness and sanitizing of my dishes. I purposely put my bamboo cutting board in the test load, and this dishwasher destroyed the raw garlic smell coming from it, that my hand washing couldn't rid of. That's a huge win for this Chef! The only thing I don't like is, I couldn't set up on my countertop right next to my sink (my fault for not measuring before purchasing), but the draining tube is long enough to reach to my sink from a table sitting next to my countertop. This cleans really well. Only gave it four stars because the racks aren’t as great as they could be and the little shelf thing on the side to hold “mugs” is too small to fit anything other than a few teacups or kids cups, so I put some utensils that didn’t fit in the basket there — my fruit peeler and my mini pasta fork. I wish there was a bit more space or things were arranged differently and it didn’t dry things completely but overall I’m very impressed by how clean the dishes came out! And it was very easy to set up and use. I LOATHE doing dishes so this is very much worth the money to me. ... show more

Well designed and functional. I'm not allowed to make modifications to my HUD apartment so this solved that problem with the attached drain in the sink and pouring 1 1/4 gallons of water any temperature into the top. When needed the water is heated internally to boiling. Note: Cups with indented bottoms need to be set on their sides or they will not dry. In addition to the pre-set wash cycle times, drying time is one hour. I've used the 30 minute "quick wash" every time so far and everything is clean. Drop a powder pod into the bottom or fill the indented area in the lid. There is no assembly. Clamp on hose and go. The drain is not high intensity so no splashes and works with slow drains. When left plugged in a VERY LOW speed silent fan will continue to dry the unit with the door shut. A typical full load is cooking and dining ware for two people. It's lighter than a 1100W microwave and I have it on a roll around cart to increase my tight counter space. Tank fill pitcher and vegi-fruit cleaning bowl included. It makes no more or maybe even less noise than a microwave. I have a sensitive cat who is not bothered by it. At most uses 7.92 amps so plenty of power room left on a 20 amp circuit for other appliances. Everything needing cleaning inside is easy and detachable. Only minor complaint is the water full alarm is VERY soft so those hard of hearing will have to keep an eye on the add water display to see it go out. ... show more

PROS: Works surprisingly (shockingly!) well! But I do use extra detergent (about 25-50% more) and I don’t put in dishes with dried on food or a lot of grease. It might still work on those but I don’t want all the gunk going thru the filter or the draining hose. CONS: The prongs that hold the dishes are awkwardly positioned and sized and don’t hold my dishes very well. It would be nice if the prongs were configurable. Bending them doesn’t do much good. And the slots in the top of the flatware basket are too small for my flatware. Fortunately the top can be removed, but then the flatware flops around in the basket and the spoons keep spooning! I ended up creating my own dividers using zip-ties. It’s a hack job but it’s working better than the solid top because they flex. Another thing that bothered me was the mess I would make while filling it with water. I know it’s only water, but still… I ended up putting a tall cottage cheese container that’s almost the diameter of the fill hole on top and cut a 2” whole in the bottom. I just had to put some foam wrap at the base to wedge it in place so it stays put while I pour. It did the trick. I have much less splatter now and I don’t have to pour as slowly. I’m impatient! But this hack probably wouldn’t work if you have it on a counter directly below cabinets. I also use a bigger pitcher so I don’t have to keep refilling the little one that’s provided. I hate doing dishes when camping because everything seems to have a dirt film on it no matter how hard you scrub. This little gem easily fills from our pull out faucet and flawlessly cleans pots, silverware and dishes quickly. Of course you have to have an electrical hookup when camping to use it, but it doesn’t draw near as much power as our air fryer and is mesmerizing to watch on a rainy day as it cleans the dishes. Love the multiple cleaning modes and option for heated dry. It took a hot second to figure out how to attach the drain hose, but I blame that on my brain - the included instructions were pretty good. Comes with fruit basket and all the hoses you need for hookups. Was going to gift one to the kids for their apartment, but they would rather bring their dishes to my house 🤣 I am glad we purchased this! ... show more

I love it. It’s small, about the size of a microwave but does the job. It hold quite a bit. I packed all kinda ways. I’m surprised at how clean the dishes are when I take them out. I was skeptical about buying this dishwasher but I’m so glad I did. I had no room for a standard dishwasher in my small kitchen but this fits ok on my counter and the best thing is I didn’t have to call a plumber. I hooked up the drain tube, chose my cycle type and poured three cups of water until it came on and that’s all. It heats the water itself. I like the little chime it makes when you turn it on and off and the light makes it such a cute little appliance. It’s a must! ... show more
