  • Super clean dishes
Color: Whole Black
I own a business and spend a lot of time there so I'm always preparing meals. Having to wash my dishes in a shared bathroom was a problem so I bought this awesome gadget. I thought it might be a bit frivolous but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Before, dishes would pile up until I had access to the bathroom when no one was around and then I had a bunch of dishes to do. Now I can put my dishes directly into the dishwasher as soon as they're dirty. At the end of the day, I fill it up with water from a bucket (uses less water than I expected) and run a load. The next morning I unload it and it's ready to go again. No more dirty dishes sitting out! I was shocked at how clean the dishes get. I can't rinse my dishes so they go in pretty filthy and sometimes crusted on. This dishwasher has no problem getting them spotless. I use eco-friendly liquid dishwasher soap and that has been doing great. There is a filter that needs to be cleaned (in my case, about once a week because my dishes are so dirty). It's easy to clean with a scrubber and easy to remove/replace. I love this thing and wish I had bought it a long time ago! I've been using it for 4.5 months frequently and it's still running perfectly. It gets dishes cleaner than most dishwashers because it's small and the water inside has a lot of pressure and really gets in between all the dishes. There's a sprayer on the top and bottom and it doesn't miss a thing. Even with my gross dishes, they are super clean. I make smoothies every day with a blender and the unrinsed blender sparkles after running through this dishwasher and the thick smoothie goop doesn't leave any residue on the other dishes. It holds about a day's worth of dishes for just me so it's perfect for one person. You might have to run it twice a day for 2 people. Some things to watch out for: as long as it is plugged in it will notify you with a beep when the water level is reached. I have it on a power strip and usually turn off the power strip when not in use. One time I forgot to turn on the power strip and when I went to fill it the beep didn't go off so I overfilled it and got an error code which would not let me use it. I took it outside and turned it upside down with the door open to drain for about 5-10 minutes. Then it worked perfectly and has ever since. So be careful about not overfilling it but if you do, just turn it upside down. I highly recommend this product! ... show more

  • If you value your sanity
Color: Whole Black
Whoever invented countertop dishwashers deserves a cookie and a crisp high five. 10/10 recommend getting one! We're a family of 6 and do not own a "real" dishwasher. I was crashing out DAILY over the amount of dishes we had piling up and hated spending so much time washing them. 1) this can fit a decent amount of dishes. Anything from tall cups, plates, silverware, baby bottles, etc. 2) I do run it a few times a day (again, family of 6, and I hate washing dishes so I use it for everything that will fit). I really only handwash pots and pans these days! *Has not increased my water or electric bill really, so I'm stoked* 3) I do run this on RAPID setting 99% of the time. I tried normal (which uses the heat dry setting) but I noticed it didn't get the dishes completely dry, so it didn't seem worth it. Rapid runs for 40 mins (normal is like.. 1.5 hours). Once rapid is done, I just dry the dishes on a drying rack so that I can load it up again with more dishes. Keeps things moving efficiently and quickly! 4) my dishes get very clean in the washer, but I do recommend scrubbing them clear of debris before adding to the dishwasher. It's a countertop dishwasher, not an industrial one from your local Chili's, so let's be realistic with what it can do lol 5) no leaks (knock on wood) and no maintenance or parts issues so far. I did buy the warranty but haven't used it yet. 6) I am small in size, lazy, and a wimp, so top loading water was not for me. I had my husband set it up where we can get water from our sink directly and that's been wonderful. Just be careful detaching it from the faucet; wait about 10 mins for the pressure to dissipate, otherwise you're gonna be a unwilling participant of the splash zone. No rusting issues so far. *NOTE: I do air it out overnight so there is no mold or musty smell 7) it's super quiet, easy to use, quick, efficient... I'm a happy mama! (It's also fun to watch. Yes, I am easily entertained) I have had this for 2 mos now, will update again in the future! ... show more

  • Disappointing to say the least.
Color: Whole Black
I was so excited to get this little guy, but the description is VERY misleading, and I almost sent it back, but it was heavy, and I'm an old lady. I bought it to tide me over until I can get my large dishwaser replaced, and then I planned to put it in my yet unpurchased Class B Motorcoach. First, it will NOT hold what they say it will hold. I can barely get four or five small items in it, and forget a normal sized plate. The utensil tray is just a flat piece of plastic with holes--no bottom to it, so knives slide right through. The height of the inside area is too short for my metal drinking cup, so a lot of the things I bought it for still have to be washed by hand. The water pressure isn't great either. If you don't do a good prewash, your dishes won't get clean. At best, it can be used to "sanitize" stuff you've already handwashed. It's biggest pro is that you can fill the water reservoir and not have to have it attached to a sink, BUT it takes about 4 of the little pitchers (1 pitcher comes with it) to fill it. This might be true for all of these portable dishwashers and not just this one, but this one has made me scared to waste my money trying another. Probably going in my next garage sale. ... show more

  • THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT!!
Color: Whole Black
When I first decided I wanted one of these countertop dishwashers, I decided on a price point and began researching the ones that met that requirement. I narrowed it down to 3 or 4, and then looked for the features I wanted it to have. I wanted an upper AND lower spray arm, the ability to fill it either by hooking it up to the faucet OR to fill it manually, and then I needed it to have the appropriate measurements so it would be sure to fit where I needed it to. I live in a mobile home, and sometimes things can be a little hard to fit. I also watched quite a few YouTube videos to see what some of the product reviewers had to say. I am SO SO happy that I settled on this dishwasher! I absolutely LOVE IT! When it arrived, upon taking it out of the box, I was shocked at how big it is; I obviously knew the measurements and had seen pictures and videos, but this dishwasher ain't no flimsy hunk of junk! This is a solid, well built kitchen appliance. I'm 64, and while I'm not exactly Mrs Fit and Trim, it is heavy! I had zero problems getting it set up and hooked up, so don't worry about that! I didn't hook it up to my sink, I just manually fill it with water and that works excellent. A pitcher is included and the dishwasher will beep at you when it's filled to the appropriate level. Just make sure you turn it on before adding water so the dishwasher knows when to beep at you when it's filled to the correct level. It also comes with a pitcher and a water filling guide to make it easier (and foolproof!) to add the water. Since I didn't want to use the inlet hose to fill the dishwasher, I just left it sealed up in the bag it came in and put it under my sink. I only had to connect the drain hose and make sure it was attached all the way, and then slide the clamp in place and tightened it so the hose doesn't come off or leak when the water is draining out into the sink. It could not possibly be easier, trust me! The drain hose has a suction cup attached that you stick to the side of your sink so the hose stays in place while draining. The instruction manual said you can also drain the water into a bucket if you are unable to have your dishwasher by the sink. In short, this dishwasher is a quality appliance and looks like it; this is NOT a flimsy, cheap looking thing that you would be embarrassed to have on your counter. I also want to add that it's holds a LOT more dishes than you'd think. Once you have it for a bit, you'll get better at arranging things. I did buy a small silverware basket for less than $10, and it fits perfectly. It's advertised as being for "chopsticks & straws", and I think it was around $8. I highly recommend getting one (here on Amazon). The only thing I regret about buying this dishwasher is that I didn't buy it sooner! I live alone, and this is the perfect size for my needs. I might have to hand wash a pan or something, but that is no big deal. This appliance is the best thing Ive ever bought!! Plus, it was on sale, so that allowed me to afford it as I am on a fixed income, so thank you Comfee! Seriously, if you are thinking of buying a countertop dishwasher, and this one falls into your price range, look no further! You won't be sorry, I promise you!! ... show more

  • Before You Buy Review... What to Know!
Color: Whole Black
TLDR; IF using the water intake hose, you need to Power on, turn on faucet while connected, and then press Start to begin the cycle. It will not fill with just the power on like stated in the instructions. So usually I do not write reviews, however I found that this would be extremely helpful for other people buying this dishwasher as it would have saved me several hours of my day doing the setup. Unboxing this unit is nothing too shocking, there is the dishwasher, a manual, two hoses (intake and drain), pitcher, pour pan, and the dishrack. I read through the manual, which was a bit scattered. The manual will walk the user through the installation of the intake hose but does not tell the user how to fill the tank via the intake hose. Which to my surprise, I would not think they would need to. I powered the unit up, see the faucet light (low water indicator) alongside the time of the cycle. I turn the faucet on to begin filling the unit, 5 minutes pass and still nothing. The hose had been tested prior to connecting to the unit, there was no leaks or anything, but for 5L the tank should have definitely been filled. I take the hose off of the faucet after turning it off to be met with the pressurized water trapped in the hose. I think to myself that potentially it was screwed on wrong to the unit, take another look, and still nothing. My second and third attempts meet to no success. I proceed to read through the manual once again, and no mention of why the water would not intake. I think gosh time to call their Customer Support and try to troubleshoot, maybe the unit is defective. Customer Support answered within a minute, but that was about the end of the great experience. The agent only read through the exact same manual I had, which I can understand wanting to ensure all the proper steps are taken, but that was where the help ended. It quickly transitioned to my options being try to use the dishwasher elsewhere to be able to use the pitcher to fill the top of the machine, or to return the product, which due to the weight, we could incur the shipping cost. The agent opened a ticket which she gave me the number and support email was sent to me asking for my order confirmation. Me being me, decided to try one last troubleshoot, what if we turn it on the dishwasher and hose once more. But this time what if we start the cycle, worse case scenario there is no water in it anyways. Low and behold this resolved the issue. I have since been able to run it multiple times and this unit is quiet for a dishwasher. I was shocked at the first batch of dishes to come out of the unit and how clean this little machine actually made them. I have had no issues since then with leaks, or cleanliness of the dishes. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in need of a small form dishwasher, and the only reason it is not a 5/5 is due to the customer support team and manual not knowing how the machine should actually use the hose to intake water and suggest using the pitcher to manually fill it or return it. ... show more

  • It’s big, but I’ve liked it
Color: Whole Black
I’m about a year into using this and haven’t had any issues. It is bigger than I thought (on the outside), and smaller than I hoped on the inside. BUT, had I looked at measurements, they are accurate. Think less the size of a microwave, more the size of a short mini fridge. It’s heavy. Most importantly, it works! It cleans the dishes, even when I’ve probably crammed more dishes than recommended in. To me (& my ADHD) it’s worth it. It’s easy to use. The little screen (more the size of a clock on a microwave) is great. The screen has a timer for the cycle. You know when the cycle will be done! I’ve never seen an error code, so I’m not sure if it’s as great for that. There are quite a few settings. I’ve used a handful and liked them, mostly just the “normal” and “fast/speed wash”. I don’t think it’s particularly loud (but I’m not a light sleeper and I have headphones on a lot of the time). Note: I exclusively use it with the hose in the sink. So, I do have to fill it up each time which is a little annoying. I’m not sure if my review would change if I used it while connected to the faucet. ... show more

  • Efficient and small
Color: Whole Black
This has worked great for the time I've had it so far. It fits in a tight spot in my kitchen which is great because if my limited space, and it's super easy to fill up. It has done a good job cleaning mildly dirty plates and cups which is good for me, and there's no smell to both the dishes and the washing machine afterwards. You need to fill it up with water after every use, which isn't too big of a deal breaker just a little annoying. I mostly find the air vent function to be very helpful because it removes the need of a drying rack by venting the wet area. ... show more

  • Asurion claim is worth the extra $
Color: Whole Black
Five star because having a counter top dishwasher is a win. This said, you may wanna consider the product knowing issues that might manifest. Pluses: spacious and medium noise but not an issue. Great price though more on why purchasing the added Asurion is a must so it’s $50 plus more than asking price. Compliment to kitchen devote. Top fill is a win as do not wanna connect to the vintage spigot. Issues: off the bat the top spinner doesn’t spin. It’s pressure activated and it could be my water pressure. But the other machine worked okay. So expectations on that working were lost. Most of the time the dial remained stationary. Dishes still got clean. Though the instructions said the machine should heat water. Never had hot water. I filled with hot tap water and this works fine. About six months in the 40 minute cycle stopped working. I switched to C3 aka 20 minute. This was adequate. Not sure why but the 40 minute began working again. All of this was manageable. I’m so happy to have a little machine. That even would wash produce if needed. Since I manage a donation garden with lots of produce this is a fun option if wanted. Bought May 2024, it is July 2025. Ed code blinks. The manual only show E1 E3 and E4. No worries. Do my due diligence. Attempted to write the seller. Pushed send. The note never manifested in my messages. Called Amazon. Explained details. They say call Asurion and file the claim. Easy peasy, except they gave me the wrong number that’s been disconnected. No worries, looked up the number. Screen shot the full order number from the machine and Asurion insurance order number. This is all they need. Two day wait for them do do their job. They couldn’t find a place to repair the item within a hundred miles. They are issuing a refund of the full price via gift card and I’m shopping for a dishwasher. Only down side, tariffs may have risen costs of some products but no matter. I’m happy to have bought the insurance and the process for claim submission is simple. Instead of tossing the machine. Cut the cord and convert it to a tiny green house. Thought about making it into a little library. But a top folding down door is a challenge unless the Little Library is lower to the ground. Moral of the story, buy a machine with the insurance. This isn’t my first counter top dishwasher rodeo. The first one I bought had a two year manufacturer warranty. I thought great. But when the machine wouldn’t drain after a year the warranty comprised of the seller having me take the machine apart and send them pictures and they’d send me the parts to fix it. No thank you. That machine is now a green house. Because the machines are made with a ventilation system it gets humid but air flows. Anyway, if you buy this gadget despite its nuances please include the Asurion plan. The only downside is having to purchase a new Asurion plan with a new machine. So the cost of the insurance is kinda like renting a machine. Though an under counter machine is an idea it is a space hog in this vintage property with a small kitchen. Under counter storage is prime real estate. I liked the machine except for the few nuances. So gonna look elsewhere for a top fill machine with simple settings. Hoping I find a fit that resembles this machine. ... show more
