It’s about the size of a yeti tumbler, maybe a smidge bigger. But it sounds good. I have speakers from mi, xiaomi, huaweii, Bose, B&O, Sonos, Sony, Samsung, LG, JBL and on and on and on. Can’t help it I love Bluetooth speakers for some reason, and the cheaper and better sounding is what I am looking for now. And so far, these little gems have overshot their price point by a wide margin. Opened, plugged in and charged them -The plug is covered by a substantial soft plastic cover, even my hands had no problem opening the cover. Or putting it back in place. Under I was happy to see a usb type c connector, which is good, because it means in a year or two, when everything has gone to usb c it won’t be difficult finding a cable. There was also an aux connector, which you see less and less of. So if you have something that doesn’t use Bluetooth like a …..ummmmmm ….. something? You can still connect it. Powered on the one unit, connected to my phone right away and sounded good, the sound was good for some Spanish guitar music I was listening to, sounded beautiful but not enough bass for me, but these are small speakers, I didn’t expect to be able to shake the glass of water that was across the table. Opened the second one. Disconnected the first from bluetooth, turned the second one on and pressed the TWS button and bam, these things sounded great for the size. Going camping this weekend, going to bring these now and we’ll see how the battery life is. But for now, I’d have no reservations about recommending these speakers if they’re in your price point and you’re considering it. If you can though, I’d suggest getting two ... show more

This Miatone speaker is awesome. The sound quality is just as good, if not better, then the more expensive bluetooth speakers i have. (Ue Boom 2 and Jbl Flip 4). The build quality is also just as good as the others and more portable. it does not feel cheap. Got the Miatone speaker for $31 on Prime day. If you want a great sounding, waterproof, portable speaker with great sound,at a fair price, this is the one to get. ... show more

I honestly say this is a steal, if you put this next to the Bose 300$ one you can barely tell the difference. Don't even think about looking for another, honestly. I don't know about the battery yet since i just got it yesterday but immediately noticed by comparison to my other wireless speaker this one is louder, has a wider range, way more bass. Because of the internal construction of the speakers it gives a fuller 360 degree surround sound.
