There are very few (simply designed, with clean lines, not ugly, non-folio) iPad Mini 6 cases available now. Maybe what’s available is all that’s left over from production runs when the Mini 6 was first released (2021)? But I do like this particular simple, clear, case, with its medium thick border, for general home use. - The soft, grippy, TPU edges are not ostentatiously thick, but are also not so thin that there’s literally no protection. - It has a nice balance, is not too heavy, and the material feels good to hold while reading. - The corners have very small, reinforced, bumpers. - The hard plastic on the back is not what I’d deem slippery; quite a surprise. - For those that want to see the finish and the Apple Logo, the back of the case is crystal clear. I don’t recommend this case if you tend to hand your iPad over to others, especially a kid. In that case you may want to encase it in a rubber tire (these are available) that bounces! Maybe buy a case with rubber corner bumpers that stick out like landing gear.

The case also accommodates all of the buttons and touch sensors on the side of the device. My sister purchased one of these in purple for her mini 7 and she also loves it. I’ve had this case for a little while and I ended up taking it off and putting my old case back on. Although it is nice and sleek and slim. The texture of the case is too slick for me. I mean it could be that my hands are just super oily but I didn’t like how it feels after a while. That being said, the buttons stay tactile, the camera cutout is perfect and if you just want a slim case to protect your iPad while it comes along with you in your bag, then it’s ok. Your mileage may vary. You might love it more than I did
