Doesn’t work. Took it out of the box, put the wheels on it, filled it up halfway between minimum and maximum to ensure I did not overfill it, turned it on it blew for about 45 seconds then turned off. Unplugged it plugged it back in still would not turn back on. I waited an hour tried it again would not turn on. Return policy also ridiculous says it takes 30 days to get your money back. Also delivery continuously delayed, so it took two weeks for me to receive it in the first place. Save your money buy a different one. This one is garbage.

I work from home, and my office is on the third floor, which gets much hotter than the lower floors—especially in Southern California. Running the central AC just to cool my office would be too expensive, so I decided to try this portable air conditioner, and I’m so glad I did! It’s super easy to use and cools the room down really quickly. It makes a noticeable difference within minutes, and it’s been a game-changer for my comfort while working. We live in a house without AC and were worried about the upcoming 100 degree weather. This cooler worked wonders in our bedroom and cooled it off really well. It's not too loud, and I love that we can move it room-to-room as needed.

Its basically a fan. The ice packs that come with it dont last very long and you only get 3. On a hot day when it starts, the water running through it is so warm the first round of ice packs is melted within a half hour. It does blow cold air when the ice packs are still frozen but to say it'll cool the room is an exaggeration. I have a small bedroom, around 100 square feet, I turned this on and shut the door. After 3 hours (I changed the first ice packs after an hour) the room was slightly cooler than the rest of the house but barely. I dont know how some of these reviews are saying theyre getting their rooms so cool. I think it's helpful for those nights when it's just a little too hot but definitely does not come close to an a.c. type of cooling. I would gave given it another star to get an average rating because it's not horrible and its isn't loud, but the cost made me take off a star. Charging $100 for a fan is not worth it

I purchased this "Portable Air Conditioner No Window Needed, 3 IN 1 Air Conditioner" expecting to load ice cubes into the bottom of the unit, as shown in two separate product images. However, there’s no way to add ice cubes—only a small hole at the top to add only water. This misrepresentation led me to believe the unit worked differently than it does. The cooling performance was inadequate for my small room, and the design is impractical. I feel my personal fan is more adequate than this cooling unit. I’m disappointed with the inaccurate product listing and would not recommend this to others.

This portable air conditioner is great! No window is needed. It's very useful in low humidity areas, however in upstairs areas where the humidity and temperature are high it's not as effective at cooling.

This portable air conditioner works surprisingly well for my small bedroom. I love that I didn’t need to install anything in the window. It cools fast, especially when I add ice packs. The remote makes it super convenient to change settings from bed, and the fan angle is adjustable so the cool air reaches everywhere. It’s quiet, energy-efficient, and the double water tank lasts for hours. Great value for the price!
