I use the colorful light at night to add a little ambiance. The water doesn’t run out quickly whatsoever and I just keep a bottle of water nearby to refill when needed. I’ve owned an evaporator cooler like this in the past and it broke soon after I bought it. This is why I was hesitant at first but I read through most of the reviews and the price was reasonable so I decided to take another chance with this brand. I’m so glad I made this purchase. Not worth the price. The fan alone blows out room temperature air. The mist coming out of the fan makes it look cooler than what it is. It’s not cold at all. If you use ice water it makes a little bit of a difference, but not much. The cord over heats. I went to unplug it and the cord broke. The adapter piece tends to get really hot. The fan won’t cool off a small room. The air does blow far. The lights look cool at night. Other than that, I would have benefited more from a $20 box fan. This fan is for personal use only. Looks like it should be rechargeable and have a Bluetooth radio. Feels like if it drops one time it will break.

I'm pleased with this mini air conditioner! It cools the room surprisingly well for such a compact device, and it’s definitely powerful enough for small spaces. I especially love that it works as an air cooler and a misting humidifier—it really helps refresh the air on hot days. Ok fan. It blows out cool air and my daughter likes the light function. However, one of the misters doesn’t work and when I tried to wipe it clean with my pinky finger in case something was clogged, it was really hot and actually burned my skin. I don’t trust it now to have it in my daughters room all night while she’s sleeping so I’m going to return it. My mothers intuition is telling me it’s not safe.

Note it is not an air conditioner, it is described wrong. So if you're looking for a mini air conditioner, this is not it. It does cool the air though. The cord is not very long. And it is not a free return if you decide not to keep it.

i WAS DISPOINTED WITH THE FACT IT HAD OBVIOUSLY BEEN USED, OBVIOUSLY THAN BEEN RESOLD. WHEN i FIRST OPENED IT I FOUND WATER ON THE LID TO THE WATER TANK. AS I OPENED THE WATER TANK THERE WAS WATER RESDUE IN THE TANK. I DRYED THE INSIDE OF THE TANK AND EVERYTHINK THAT I FOUND IN THE TANK, ELECTRICAL CORD, INSTRUCTION, ECT. I FIRST THOUGT FOR SURE I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO RETURN IT, BUT IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING I'M KEEPING IT, BUT STILL DISPOINTED I RECIEVED A USED UNIT IN STEAD OF A NEW ONE
