This was packaged really really well. Just make sure to follow the instructions BEFORE opening the box. The unit works perfectly for our space although I wasn’t quite sure how to install this before receiving it since it’s technically a window unit that you have to use with a window. This requires more work than one might actually think but the instructions are very thorough. I honestly think if you want it to look like a clean install, you’ll need other window patching supplies. Overall it really is a great value for your money if you’re willing to put in the effort. The AC cools a room really quickly. Just be careful with the frion! I’m not really sure how healthy it is or how it actually works regarding health so I would keep that in mind. This helped with our 3 story town home and our home AC unit not properly cooling certain areas of the house so this cooled an area that rarely gets reached.

Strong air flow, surprisingly quiet. This unit is easy to instal and set up - it comes with various connectors for the exhaust system for different kinds of windows. It will easily cool my garage/art studio so I can work in there when it's hot outside. The best bonus for me is that it also works as a dehumidifier and very strong fan so now I only need this one unit for all 3 functions. Remote control, on/off presets and sleep timer all make this a great unit
