The upper floor of our house gets pretty hot when it's really sunny/warm outside but it's just maybe a handful of days during the summer so we think a full AC system might not worth it. And this portable AC is an excellent alternative to a whole AC system and it's a much more affordable option. It cools down the rooms pretty quickly without any issues. Using it plus maybe a small fan really cools down the house. It is easy to use and move around with the wheels. The design looks good and is not too awkward putting that in the room. It is really easy to set up with the window kit and can easily adjust the fan speed and the desirable temperature. And it is powerful enough to cool down a large room.

I've been really happy with this portable air conditioner. It cools my room much faster than I expected, and the 8,000 BTU capacity is perfect for a bedroom or home office. I received the portable AC today. So far it works great. Cools very nicely. I use this for my RV living area. The only thing I can mention is the venting system isn’t really set up to fit an RV window so I had to do some tape to hold the vent in place with the windows. It wasn’t difficult. Installing it was really simple. The packaging was great, drainage hose and exhaust pipe are nice lengths. This system cooled down my rv living room area in about 20 minutes. Not to terribly loud. Very nice product.

Really happy with this unit. It arrived packaged well, everything was snug and protected, so nothing shifted around or got damaged in transit, which isn’t always a given with an appliance this size. Setup was straightforward with the included window kit, exhaust hose, and adapter, and everything needed was in the box (remote, hose, window panels, connectors). It cools quickly and quietly, and I like having the WiFi/app control plus the different modes (cool, fan, dry, sleep) depending on what I need. The 24H timer is a nice touch for setting it before bed or before coming home. Would recommend for a large bedroom or office sized space, solid value for the price.

Giving this product 4 stars. Solid performance. Took about an hour to set up. Needed to use duct tape to enclose air flow because the window slat didn't align. Using in an enclosed 270 sq foot sunroom. Thought it would be cooler in the room considering this unit is for 350 sq feet. When manually changing temperature (up/down arrows) there's about a 5 second delay before registering. Unit does auto turn off automatically when desired temp is reached - mostly in the evening hours . Air flow is robust but vents only flow so far.

So out of the box the window insert was way too long it covered half the insert hole and my windows are large (31 inches tall) so I had to use a hack saw to cut about 3-4 inches so it would fit but then I had problem with the tube as I was screwing the insert into it took a while turning it clockwise before it was secured. Even after all that work when I turned it on the fan is loud like even on the lowest setting fan just too loud to leave on compared to my old one and it takes a while to cool down the room honestly compared to my old Insignia one, the size is nice and compact but that's it. I'll just use this in another room definably taught me to be carful when buying portable ac units and to look up the model online. Edit: I will not change my review stop trying to reach out to offer a free replacement, it is a pain to get these units shipped.

Ok, i was initially nervous buying this portable AC that seemed affordable (compared to the $400-600 models out there) but IT IS NOT TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. This one actually blows cold!!!! I could cry with relief, seriously. Especially with constant highs of 98° in my area the last month, this feels like a godsend. I actually stood in front of it for less than a minute and my legs got cold. The ONLY con is that it’s not very quiet but compared to the much noisier crappy box fan I was using before, I will gladly accept this one’s white noise because it actually blows cold and works really well so far. Cools pretty fast after installing, which took me less than 5 minutes to install after taking it out of the box. The wheels are also so convenient, but I have hardwood floors so I can’t speak to how well the wheels work on carpet. I will update this review in a month to verify it still works as well as its working now.
