I got this portable AC unit on sale at Amazon and it has been well worth it so far. This AC unit comes with some extras that some other more expensive name brands don't come with. It comes with oscillating louvers and a water drain hose. It also has the longest exhaust hose of any of my AC units at over 4-1/2 feet, which if I needed to use it for a higher window such as in my garage it would work, whereas my Danby and Honeywell's would not. It also come with the best remote control of any of my units. They're usually basic little cheap remotes with no display. This remote has a digital display which displays the temp in large numbers along with other relevant info. such as battery level, mode, fan speed and more. It also has a handy quick turbo button, just press the turbo and the temp immediately drops to 61 degrees and the fan goes into high speed and it quickly cools down my home office space. I usually end up tossing the remotes into a bag or drawer and never use them, but not this one as it's very useful. This unit is slight more compact then my other units but still packs a punch. The only thing about this AC unit that's not as good as my name brands, is that it's a bit louder than my other units and the fan tends to stay on longer than my other units once its reached its temp. My Danby portable AC unit is by far the quietest, with the Honeywell quite a bit louder and this AC unit is just a bit above the Honeywell which is not a problem for me since it's located in my office. Overall, this AC unit rocks!

Completely chills a room that’s easily 800+ square feet and that’s not even on the highest setting. The air quality from it is very crisp and refreshing, and it takes all the humidity out of the air. It’s been 90 degrees here and it’s able to handle it no problem. Setup only look 10 minutes, and I ended up cutting the drainage hose shorter with a scissors in order to make it fit better in a cup and slope downward. Make sure you measure your window beforehand to ensure the bracket for the hose will fit, mine was 1 inch away from being too small for it but luckily it was fine. Have had it for 2 weeks now and mason jar is not even a quarter full of water (I’m from illinois and humidity is 85% currently), so you really don’t have to worry about dumping the water often. Kinda noisy but I personally like it since its white noise. Easy to use and modern tech with the touch controls and remote. I genuinely don’t have a complaint about this ac, performing better than advertised. If I had to nitpick something, I would say that the big exhaust hose which goes out the window can be kinda clunky, stiff, and not easy to bend, so make sure you put the unit in a spot thats a few feet away from the window to ensure you have enough room to contort the hose. The unit is pretty heavy but it’s on rollers so it’s not that big of a deal to move it around if you have to, might wanna have some help when you’re carrying the box inside tho. So far I’d give this product a 10/10, was worth the price and has single handedly cooled our entire living room and into the surrounding areas. Attached a pic to show the size of the room that it completely cooled at only 2/3 power. Overall I highly reccomend!

I have had the unit for three days and so far, it is working out well. It cools my apartment 700 square foot apartment fast and efficiently and the auto evaporate feature means that it does not have to be drained of water every four hours like my last unit. It is also easy to set up, quiet, and the remote is very intuitive.

I bought 2 of these 14000 btu to replace 1 12000 btu for cooling my 1400 sq ft home. 1 can supposedly cool 700 sq ft. These 2 units do not seem to keep up with cooling like the 12000btu did. Looking into alternative now. Don't recommend these due to lack of performance and out ~$900.00 I cleaned the filters several times and checked air flow and no improvement. I've had these since June 10th. Just over a month. My small 4000btu old window unit out performs these. They seem to blow cool air, my only thought is maybe they aren't truly 14000btu units as advertised? Not happy with these.

Works great. However, doesn't stay in place in the window. Even with Gorilla tape. Keeps falling out of top. The vent tubing is too heavy and won't stay in place. Used the foam, tape, followed directions, had help. Nothing worked to hold the vent in place. Cools my whole little house though. Only use part of the day. Then use my ceiling fans at night. I'm sure it will save me a lot of money. Very heavy. Kind of bulky in my small home. Not noisey. Great buy! Very happy! Cons: drainage needed to empty for dehumidifier.
