This little gadget works really well. I had it up and running fast, and within 15 minutes it cooled my bedroom, hallway, and bathroom. It’s small enough to fit in tighter spots and moves easily from room to room. Setting it up was simple. The instructions showed a horizontal window, but I used a vertical one and filled a small gap with some foam I had. No issues there. The dehumidifier surprised me. It dropped the humidity by five percent in 15 minutes, which is about what my larger unit does. The filters come out without a hassle and are easy to clean. The remote is a nice touch. I use it often to change settings or turn it off without having to get up. Makes things a lot easier, especially at night. Overall, it gets the job done. It would be a solid choice for a bedroom, small apartment, or even an RV.

Pros: nice looking,slim portable ac. Has a blue light that goes across that works kinda like a night light ,vents r sturdy enough,easy to move up and down manually ,Low Weight ,nice handles,easy to move around,cools quick my master bedroom,cold wind from maybe 30 feet away, easy unboxing,(carefully lift the box up as the window panel might fall from the side) easy installation (mine is 31" wide and slides up and down) the two panels r approximately 24" each .one slides inside the other and if u do so ,it will be a minimum of 31" wide and max around 49". For smaller than 31" windows ,u need one panel only Remote is easy to understand ,takes two AAA batteries (not included). Cons: not suitable for living room ,garage. It didn't have the power to cool my second living room upstairs plus stairs area ,even with bathroom and master bedroom closed . however i did a test and let the area be 83f and brought the temperature down to 80f on my central air thermostat. I let it run for 5 hrs or so and it just couldn't . Wind noise even on low level ,it's loud and might bother some ,specially if you are watching tv. Conclusions : if you need a portable ac thats ,not heavy ,quick cold ac in a room or master bedroom,shed,computer room, and don't mind wind noise this unit is good for you. If you need it for bigger areas or garage look somewhere else. Update: after using it again ,it stopped cooling ,cold air still blows out but it doesn't cool the room after 3 hrs of running. Returning it today

This small airconditioner is less expensive than most. It does not take up much room and is easy to move around. It has been a little bit of a learning curve as the directions could be more in-depth. If you set a temperature, it will shut off, and you may think it has powered down; however, it will turn back on. This might be important if you have it in 'sleep mode' because there will be no lights indicating it is still on. I came home to find mine blasting away- not good. The window piece is pretty easy to use and rather inconspicuous. It cools my large bedroom with vaulted ceilings, but that would probably be the maximum size. It is loud. You will definitely hear it, but it is white noise, so I have not found it bothersome.
