So I just got my air conditioner home and set up (even though it's not that hot here yet). To start off, I was very impressed with how well it was packaged. No damage whatsoever. I wanted to see how it works and I have to tell everyone how amazed I am with this product. This air conditioner is the most quiet, most amazing portable AC that I've ever had. It's amazingly quiet and very efficient (see yellow energy saving label in the photo). It cooled my large living room super quick! I still can't believe how quiet it is and there's so much technology in it. The remote is very handy. AC’s constantly running normally keeping me awake all night-but not this one. The media could not be loaded. Very easy to follow the instructions and put it together! Works well and is quiet! The remote is very helpful to operate when you’re feeling lazy. It comes with an adjustable two piece insert for the window however for my window it didn’t work. But I can easily work around that. I like the location of the buttons on the unit so I can still put something on top of it if needed. Over all I recommend it and I’m looking forward to cooler summers in my house now. ... show more

We have a home office sectioned out in part of our garage, it’s about 650 sf. and doesn’t have any Hvac. We can leave the door open to the house when the heat is on and use a space heater during the cool months. But because of location , that side of the house gets a lot of sun and warms up fast , doesn’t cool down easily. We had been using an old window unit that went belly up last fall. My wife did some research and decided on the Coolbus 12000 BTU unit. It’s a very attractive,clean, and sleek unit. I set it up in minutes and cranked it up and oh boy it was chilly in the office in no time …. Like a refrigerator! She can’t stand being hot so it’s a lifesaver and with the remote , it’s easily adjustable. It’s very quiet, we spent most of the time on calls and sometimes take naps on the couch , the sound is negligible. Since it’s portable, we plan on using it in our gazebo as well. This is exactly what I needed. My central AC costs so much to run on hot summer days, since it’s getting old and less efficient. This guy allows me to cool smaller areas of my house (instead of the whole house) and super flexible on the location. It fits nicely behind my chair and out of the way with a nice remote that I can operate it with. A window unit would not be ideal in my situation because it would be right in the way, so this one allows much more flexibility on the location and ease of moving around, since it’s on wheels. The vent hose screws on to each bracket so easily and just snaps in place. Oh and it blows SO COLD!!! I 100% recommend this guy to cool your home. ... show more
