I was not happy with the packaging of this item upon delivery. Multiple rips,tears and a few holes in the cardboard. However contacted Amazon who had the seller contact me whom did within 2 hours. They offered to pay for return from my residence, reimbursement fee and replacement of any items list during transit of shipment due to conditioning of packaging. Although packaging damage, once the equipment was taken from packaging, I found it to be in non damaged condition. Used it and found it to perform perfectly and well we worth the money. However the most important issue was the outstanding customer service from the seller.

Good luck with the 3 party customer service...they ship with FedEx...i head keep calling 3 party to make FedEx ship my package 4 day pass do date..when I receive it parts was missing...it look open like the been pull out the box 📦 everything that was in the box was put back wrong the unit itself seems to be ok...so the unit is heavy so expect miss handle doing moving...

Living in the country with a remote OSSF, I have a 100ft run to my tanks. The pipes get stuck from every day use and from roots. I used to pay $350 to have a guy come and clear it. But now I can save that reoccuring cost by doong it myself. It is built well, runs quite and works great! It is easy to assemble and use. And I like that it is electric, so no gas engine worries.
