Really amazing quality. Every guest who has come over since we added this to our living room has complimented it - which is weird because we're not the kind of people who go "Oooh, aaah, what an amazing furniture you have!" It's that gorgeous. I did have to re-drill one of the holes to assemble the legs, but I knew given the reviews it might need some tinkering, and that wasn't too big of a problem. The chest was packaged really well, instructions were easy. But the build quality - oh my gosh. This thing is SOLID. I know some reviewers complained about the MDF backer board, but I have it against a wall and don't care about that. Although, after drilling a hole through it with a dremel to install a power cord for my in-drawer charging station, I'm impressed by how solid and thick the backer board was. Even that's super solid. Even though the drawers are wood-on-wood, they slide well. Pretty sure I'll be able to hand this down to my great-great-great grandkids. ... show more

I have high hopes for this dresser and the perfect place in my son’s bedroom picked out. My box came delivered by my garage door - I would have had to pay extra for them to deliver it to my door… I noticed that the on of the cardboard side was broken but ignored the fact when I brought it into the house. I carefully opened the box and noticed that even though there was a huge gash everything’s else was very well packed. Than I took out the dresser and saw the real damage… The back panel was broken and had a huge gash on it at the same point the box was ripped. My heart sunk. Everything else is great… but this looks terrible. This made me look at the rest of the dresser and I noticed several defects - including an improperly measured shelf that the manufacturer decided to ignore and staple on to the dresser side wall. I have a sinking feeling in my gut that the larger dresser I got from the manufacturer (going to be delivered tomorrow) is going to have problems too. Very disappointed. ... show more

It's sturdy and a beautiful piece. I gave it 4 stars because the back inside corner of the middle drawer was broken off. My husband glued it back on and hopefully it holds and there is no issue with the drawer track later.

It was packaged really well and arrived in good condition. Super easy assembly only requiring two bolts for each leg and the a single screw to add each drawer knob. Really like the look. Solid wood too and a very heavy piece of furniture. Recommend!!

I sleep in a really high bed, have limited space, and needed storage. Searched high and low for this type nightstand for two years and I finally found the one. This piece is gorgeous and so easy to assemble. My only negative feedback is that the screws were too short for the hardware pulls. Now I have to go buy some that are longer. Otherwise, it’s perfect and exactly what I’ve been looking for. ... show more
