I had never taken it out the bag before I arrived & set it up pretty good without instructions whatsoever so yes, easy assembly. 5 stars for that. Like I said, with pouring rain and EXTREME WINDS, my tent STAYED…… BOY I WAS SO SHOCKED BUT IT FREAKING STAYED PUT AND HELD UP LIKE A CHAMP!!!!! The only thing I have to say is the sandbag seams tore so we had to patch it up with duct tape. I love that all the parts are steel, No Plastic. I love the push clips to release the tension to break it down. It takes two or more people to put it up, but only one to break it down. The only bummer was one of the sandbag seams split when I was filling it, but that can be resewn. Good investment!👍

Update: I've used the tent once and now the inner mechanisms have bent so the canopy cannot click into place anymore. NOT EVEN WORTH THE CHEAP PRICE. I will need to purchase a different tent and will be avoiding this company. Item arrived sooner than expected, but the box was banged up pretty bad, I didn't think much of it at first. The first problem I noticed is EVERY SINGLE sandbag has a hole about an inch above each piece of velcro. Whatever it's just the sandbag. I figured I'd cover it with some duct tape then find replacements later. But then while taking the frame out of the box I found it was pretty badly damaged, probably from shipping, and the leg couldn't lock into place. It had to be hammered back into shape. Next up the top canvas had similar issues to the sandbags with holes and shoddy seams, it's like every piece of this thing got stuck in a machine. The last straw was the sandbag ripping at the seam immediately after being filled. The tent functions for now but I can't imagine it'll be for long. I need to use it this weekend but the second I can afford something studier I'll be buying from somewhere else. ... show more

    • Wind and rain is not friendly to the tarp

The metal structure is sturdy but the wind and rain has torn up the tarp. Rain does accumulate on the four areas if the top and it tears the tarp even if you keep removing the rain frequently. Is it possible to get a replacement canopy tarp?

I bought this for a 5 day summer concert next year; replacing the cleap popup i had and was eaten up by the wind storms in the desert. While I have only tested in the garage so far, a fair word to other buyers - this is a beast and not the flimsy soccer dad and mom pop ups we use for a few hours. Check the weight. I expect it to do well, just do not expect the kids to lug it around. Only negative is that the case has no wheels. ... show more

I got this had high hopes didn't know the bag weights I had to fill with sand. Also the actual bag the whole tent fits in the handle broke with in 30 mins of taking it out the box also there was a small tear in the bad right out the box . Over all I don't recommend this product seems to be made cheap and the bag definitely is low quality material but the tent works for what I needed to just block sun at events. ... show more

The funny thing is I read the other revies before purchase. I saw a couple people have this issue and I was like.... Naw... That wouldn't happen to me. Maybe it was a heavy storm... Etc etc... This does not do good against the rain. Depending on how heavy the rain, it creates this massive rain bucket(s) on the fabric that are heavy and hard to push out leading to the fabric tearing and collapsing. Maybe the structure needs a remodel but definitely for part time usage. It's sturdy with weights, good for the price... Great for short outdoor pop ups, or events... but if it's rainning, evacuate immediately. ... show more
