When I bought the microscope everything seemed to be perfect. I loved every image I saw and I was intrigued by how fascinating things so invisible to the naked eye are. But I wanted to use the camera that connects to the computer because you can only look through the eyepiece so long before you get tired. When I tried to follow the instructions the only step the manual gave me was to visit ViewPlayCap online for the software not included in the purchase, my computer detected a virus in the software. So I won't download it. Buying a microscope with a virus on the eyepiece camera software wasn't so good but otherwise I fell in love with the actual microscope. Would still recommend because it's a very good microscope for the price your getting, but I wouldn't download the software.

Quality is lacking. Clarity is lacking. Lighting is not adjustable even though there's supposed to be a toggle for it, the toggle doesn't work. The different colored films are a cool touch. Compared to a professional microscope this one pales in comparison obviously because it's a cheap microscope for home use. Magnification could be better. Definitely difficult to understand for anyone as there's little to no instructions and the so called driver that let's you use the microscope with a PC is inaccessible or if you find it it's shady as he'll and looks like it will infect your PC with a virus. The software also DOESNT WORK AT ALL. I WAS VERY DIDAPPOINTED as the PC integration was the main reason I got this microscope. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's quality is that of a child's toy and it's priced way to damn high for what you get.
